Ärgerlich war nur die Bedingung, dass Bettwäsche/Handtücher nur als kostenpflichtiges Extra zu bekommen sind und vor allem, dass dies im 60 km entfernten Service Büro in Gilleleje abzuholen/zurückzugeben ist.
