Great location in lovely village
Cosy Cottage is spotlessly clean accommodation. We found it very comfortable, warm, and quiet. Everything we needed was provided. Located in a really lovely village, with great views and plenty of footpaths right from the front door. Excellent.

Peaceful, Little Cottage
We stayed for 3 nights over the August Bank Holiday. It’s the perfect little hideaway in a very peaceful, picturesque location. It backs on to farmland providing views of golden corn and a myriad of public footpaths making it a rambler’s dream. The cottage was very clean and had a well equipped kitchen area. The living area was very comfortable with a sofa and good size tv, for those that enjoy a film in the evenings. The bedroom was cosy with good quality bedding. It has an excellent walk in shower with lots of hot water. The very friendly owner lives next door and is happy to assist if you should have any questions. It is within easy walking distance of the town centre with a Budgens local at one end. At the opposite end is Kimbolton Castle where, Catharine of Aragon lived out her life. There is also The Saddle Pub that serves delicious homemade food. We very much look forward to staying again.

Excellent views and accommodations
The cottage is very pleasant and everything was excellent. There are extremely pretty walks at the doorstep. The landlady was incredibly helpful and made sure everything was great from check to checkout and everything in between. Excellent communications too. Highly recommended.

Last minute break
Very slick from start to finish. My husband and I had a last minute week off work and wanted to head away with the dog. Beautifully clean and modern property in an excellent location for lovely day time walks and a stroll into the village for some dinner in the evening. We didn’t see the owner (during COVID this had been made clear we wouldn’t) but the process was easy and any emails were answered very quickly. I would highly recommend this property.

A wonderful getaway
We had a gorgeous time in Cosy Cottage, Kimbolton was the perfect spot for a quiet, romantic break. The cottage itself is well furnished and looked after, with everything we needed for a lovely few days away. Boo the dog enjoyed her stay too with good walking nearby!

Perfect for a short getaway, well equipped (although a small Hoover would have been nice) and lovely to find the tea, coffee etc ready and waiting.

Relaxing break
The cottage was clean, comfortable and well equipped with the added extras of bread milk butter etc. The cottage is situated in a quiet location and an ideal location for walks and the village. The village is picturesque, it is just a lovely short walk from the cottage. We divided to go for a meal on the Saturday, so we went to The Saddle. The food was very good and the staff and the locals are friendly, we enjoyed it so much we decided to go for Sunday lunch. Both meals were very good and reasonably priced. We had a lovely relaxing break all round, we would love to go back again. Thanks for a lovely break.😊

Lovely little cottage.
Cosy cottage was everything we needed, comfortable, clean, lots of thoughtful things to make you feel at home and a great base to explore the surrounding countryside from.Walkable distance to a great pub, good coffee shop , little supermarket and a lovely church. We would recommend staying here!

Lovely property in a fantastic location
Absolutely fabulous property lovely and a perfect size for us and a small dog! Location is fab close enough to walk to the two local pubs with ease. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Lovely Peaceful Place to Stay
We had a lovely stay in Cosy Cottage. Located on the edge of Kimbolton, it is a few minutes walk to the centre, but is incredibly peaceful with a beautiful view over fields. The cottage is well equipped, comfortable and very clean. We would definitely return.

Via de app contact gehad met verhuurder. Zij woonden ernaast en hebben zich niet voorgesteld of welkom geheten! Alleen app contact tijdens verblijf ! Erg onpersoonlijk! Na een warme week geen schoon beddengoed en handdoeken gekregen! Erg slecht vonden wij! Geen hang en of legkast op de slaapkamer dus je moest via de koffer op de grond je kleding pakken! Slaapkamer en badkamer zijn eigenlijk te klein! De hele benedenverdieping zou men daar eigenlijk voor moeten inrichten Geen tuin . Jammer
