We stayed at Hue four seasons hotel for 4 nights. Laura, Michael and family were wonderful hosts. Breakfast was so good, Laura was very knowledgeable and went out of her way to help us. The taxi driver Laura booked for our transfer to Da Nang was fantastic. If in Hue again we would stay here again.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et nous ont beaucoup aidés à organiser notre séjour à Hué. Les chambres sont très propres et confortables, un excellent petit dejeuner et en prime une belle piscine. A distance de marche de plusieurs restaurants et attractions. Je recommande fortement.

Loved this little Hue hotel! Great value for the price! The location was central and easy access to the walking street for many good meal options. The rooms were nice, the little pool was a bonus, and the included breakfast was super tasty (lots of variety and choice, too!). The host Laura is what really makes this place five star, though - she was so helpful, kind and a great chef! She helped arrange a car to take us to the tombs, as well as a car to take us back to Da Nang when the train schedule didn’t work out. A wonderful stop on our journey for two days, and hope to come back and stay here again!

They went above and beyond for us from the moment we arrived until after we departed! They welcomed us with fresh fruit and coconut water. The room was spacious and hot water in the shower. They even gave us a complimentary ride to our bus and then mailed us an AppleTag we left behind! Wowowowow!!!

What a lovely hotel! The room was clean, comfortable and airy, and the hotel staff were exceptionally welcoming and kind. The location was great, being tucked away from the busy streets down a picturesque side street, but still a five minute walk from the more tourist-friendly restaurant district. The hotel staff served us a complimentary breakfast (we decided on banana pancakes with chocolate!), and were able to book us a private tour/drive to our next stop in Hoi An. Definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking for charming, relaxing and affordable stay in Hue!

Decent place to stay for a night
The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Location in a quiet area but within 5-10 min walking distance to the bars/restaurants/nightlife. The room itself was smaller than expected for two people, but doable. The bathroom also didn’t have ventilation which made the small room feel stuffy, especially after a shower. And without any bug screens on the window, we chose not to open them because we are prone to mosquito bites. so we couldn’t get any fresh air going into the room. There was some noise in the morning coming from the lobby since our room was on the first floor but that seems to be the norm in the homestays throughout Vietnam. And lastly, we wish there were more towels and that they were softer. The towels provided were thin. Overall we appreciated the friendliness of the host and its location. It was a really affordable price. But you get what you pay for here in this instance.

This family owned hotel truly exhibits the Vietnamese hospitality: friendly staff, always smiling and helpful. The room is small but very clean and efficient. The breakfast is excellent and you can ask for any adjustment to your own taste.

Better service than the real thing!
What a hotel! No it is not affiliated with the actual four seasons, but the service is better! Down a quiet back street a stones through from the river (some rooms you can see the river at the end of the street) is this quaint Hotel. From the moment you arrive the staff do everything and anything for you. A welcome drink, a cool mint flannel upon arrival whilst the paperwork is sorted. Then you are shown to your room. They are basic, but plenty big enough, with comfy beds and fresh clean linen. The bathroom was well equipped and very clean with a decent shower. As its set away from the 'walking streets' it is peaceful of an evening. There is a small pool out the back, and a mini bar in each room, that is ice cold! Breakfast was amazing. Fresh fruit brought to you, then tea & coffee along with fruit juices and smoothies are made fresh to order. You order your breakfast of of the menu and again everything is cooked fresh to order for you! The service was amazing and the staff (mainly family) were there to help you with any requests. For the price I paid, I jane no idea how they make money. But it was cheaper than some hostels, and far far better! Comfy bed, clean room, good shower and amazing breakfast - what else could you really ask for if you are there for a couple of nights it is perfectly located!

The staff are lovely Mimi was very sweet, the rooms are ok beds are hard but the put mattress pads on the beds , only downside there are no black out curtains and they are doing construction on the 4 Th floor so nosiey , breakfast was wonderful anything you want , and as much as you want , pool is a large bathtub , so we never used it , but really a nice hotel well worth staying at

What a gem of a hotel.Everything. was spot on.The rooms were immaculately clean.This hotel is run by a lovely family and we wish them continuing success.The breakfast was served with anything you wanted.On arrival we were presented with a cool cloth fruit drink and a plate of fruit while our cases were taken to our rooms.Thankyou once again.

Great Location and Good Value for Money
Nice little family run hotel in a great location down a quiet lane off a man in street. Really friendly owners who remember your name and are very helpful. Close enough to walk to Imperial City and other venues eg museums. Good cafes nearby and good wifi. Did find the beds were a little bit hard, but otherwise room was roomy, with small balcony and great bathroom. Relatively quiet, no traffic noise and quite nice breakfasts. Also really good and inexpensive laundry service. Would definitely recommend staying here as it is incredibly good value for money.

A very cozy hotel with amazing owners.
Laura and Michael were amazing, very friendly and helpful. The hotel is little but has elevator which is very handy! The place is very clean. Laura can recommend you places to go and transport to go there in good price and reliable service. We ended up book transportation to see tombs and then motorbike tour Hue - Hoi An via Laura. The hotel itself in a very good location in Hue. It is walking distance to the "town" itself but because it's in alley, you actually have a quiet night without motorbike/car honks. There is a pub nearby but only certain night (1 night during our 4 nights stay) they have a loud music and it was only until 11pm which is ok for travellers like us who are not going to sleep before 11pm anyway. And Laura informed us during the day about this. Hue is a place to go in Vietnam. It has the best and reasonable priced tailors (compare with Hoi An). Try to visit City of the Dead while you are there. Oh, also have a drink at Riverside Garden Cafe near the hotel, it's awesome place with awesome staff too. People in Hue are basically very friendly and polite.

Hidden Gem in Hue
This place is a hidden gem in Hue. Very friendly staff and nice place. They were very helpful with booking tours and bus tickets. Breakfast was very good. Close to good restaurants.

During our two week stay in Vietnam, this was our favorite spot. Laura was just amazing with anything we wanted or needed. The hotel is charming and clean, the food is delicious and we were always greeted with smiles and warm greetings whenever we saw our hosts. She arranged an amazing tour and guide for us. I would recommend highly to anyone visiting Hue.

The small hotel is nice and comfortable. The owners took good care to make us feel at home e.g. gave a Christmas party on their account, making breakfast earlier than advertised. Much appreciated.
