This gorgeous holiday home in Nadrin for 6 people offers a perfect stay in any season with its panoramic view and large private terrace. This holiday home has 3 comfortable bedrooms. Hiking, biking, and cross-country skiing are the activities to enjoy in the area. Houffalize and La Roche are nearby towns that make for a good day trip. The town centre is 1 km away where you can find general supplies and several restaurants. The lake is also 1 km away. In the basement, you will find a sauna, tanning bed, and games like table tennis, pool, and foosball. A barbecue with a big garden and garden furniture means a lot of outdoor time in the summer. leuke omgeving en leuk groot huis. de netheid was wel minder. was niet zo proper bij aankomst. interieur was redelijk verouderd en gewoon dekens over de zetel gelegd. de matrassen in de slaapkamers waren niet heel proper. wel een leuke vakantie hier gehad. alleen de netheid heeft er ons toe gewezen dat we niet meer trg gingen. je betaald voor opkuis als je weg gaat. maar dan verwacht je ook dat het proper is als je toekomt natuurlijk. In tussentijd weten we dat de congerge veranderd is en het properder zou moeten zijn.

Het huisje is voorzien van alle comfort en extra luxe, de ontvangst is attent. Voetbal- en pooltafel voor regenachtige dagen, barbecue en grote tuin voor zonnige dagen. Het uitzicht is prachtig! Winkels zijn op loopafstand, maar het ligt nog dichter bij een groot bos waar men wandelroutes kan nemen.

Het interieur is zeer gedateerd, maar daar is de prijs dan ook naar. Bijna alles is overwegend nog in prima staat. Je waant je echt 50 jaar terug in de tijd, maar dat is dan ook echt onthaasten. Het uitzicht is erg mooi, de locatie is dan ook uitstekend. Paar kleine minpunten: - Er zijn geen goede (koeken)pannen - De 2 fietsen zijn er niet - De tafeltennistafel is er niet - De auto kun je niet op een vlakke parkeerplaats zetten

Het pand is schitterend gelegen op een heuvelrug met heel mooi uitzicht en op korte afstand van wandelroutes bij een bijzondere fraai deel van de Ourthe. Van binnen waren er wel wat tekortkomingen. Zo deed de tv het niet, van de oven in de keuken deed alleen het magnetrondeel het, bij de tafeltennistafel was het netje niet op te spannen, bij het biljart hadden de keuen geen pommerans. Bedden waren goed, overig meubilair matig tot redelijk.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour, la maison est propre et conforme à la description.

Le point négatif et pas des moindres c’est qu'à notre arrivée, le propriétaire nous a à peine dit bonjour, ils nous a donné les clés sans mémé nous faire passer le pas de la porte puis il est parti... Et au moment de rendre les clés, nous sommes partis sans avoir vu le propriétaire malgré six tentatives d’appel téléphonique. Celui-ci ne nous a même pas appelé... autre point, les lessives sont payantes et le solarium aussi.

De omgeving en het uitzicht vanaf het huisje was fantastisch en vanuit het huisje hebben we een hoop kunnen ondernemen. Daardoor toch een geweldig weekend gehad. Gelukkig maar, want het huisje zelf was duidelijk erg aan onderhoud toe! Bij de aankomst was er ook bij ons niemand voor de sleutel, je zou denken na alle andere reviews die hetzelfde zeggen dat dit probleem verholpen zou zijn. Na bellen zei een mevrouw aan de telefoon dat ze niet wist wanneer hij er zou zijn voor de sleutel dus konden we het het beste komen afhalen bij haar. Na een onmogelijke speurtocht aan hand van een vage beschrijving haar huis weten te vinden voor de sleutel. Het huisje zelf was mooi gelegen en had veel fijne grote ramen en deuren die open konden. Alleen de oven die je op de foto ziet van de keuken was er niet, er was een magnetron ervoor in plaats gezet (terwijl op die plek niet eens een stopcontact aansluiting was). Zet dan niet bij de beschrijving dat er een oven is! Ook de sauna werd niet warmer dan 40 graden en viel er een hoop op aan het huisje wat nodig eens onderhouden moest worden (kastdeuren die niet sluiten, douche die met de hand vastgehouden moest worden). Als dit soort dingen bijgewerkt zouden kunnen worden zou het huisje bij mij makkelijk 10/10 kunnen scoren, maar helaas toch genoeg mankementen om je aan te ergeren.

Aankomst was een beetje jammer. Sleutelhouder was niet aanwezig en na een telefoontje werd me gevraagd de sleutel zelf op te komen halen in een ander dorpje. De accommodatie is zeer gedateerd en verschillende dingen zijn aan vernieuwing/onderhoud toe. Diverse dingen stuk, lampen die het niet doen, kastdeur, toilethouder, tafeltennistafel etc., allemaal dingen die irriteren, maar naar mijn idee eenvoudig te herstellen. Gelukkig was de omgeving wel geweldig en hebben we zeker een fantastische week gehad, maar verhouding prijs/kwaliteit voor het huis is absoluut onvoldoende.

De omgeving is heel mooi. Het huis op zich is mooi en heeft enkele aangename verrassingen. Je ziet wel dat er dringend enkele onderhoudswerken moeten gebeuren. Enkele voorbeelden het regelen van de temperatuur in de sauna is moeilijk omdat de knop stuk is. Er zijn tochtspleten in de sauna. Het netje van de pinpongtagel is aan vervanging toe. Eén keu van de biljarttafel is stuk. De deur van de keuken kan alleen langs binnen geopend worden. De kast in één van de kamers sluit niet meer. Er is wel geïnvesteerd in nutsvoorzieningen. Voorbeeld je hebt onmiddellijk heel warm water in de badkamer. Het huis is vlug opgewarmd. Dat was heel fijn. Het uitzicht vanuit de leefruimte is super. Er is voldoende materiaal aanwezig in de keuken. Het huis heeft veel ruimtes waardoor het groot genoeg is om met 6 personen te logeren.
