This charming unit can accommodate up to 4 guests, making it the ideal vacation spot you've been dreaming of! Just a quick 3-minute stroll from the golden sands and crystal-clear waters of the world's most famous beaches, you'll find yourself basking in the sun, swimming, snorkeling, surfing, and relaxing in one of the world's most sought-after destinations.
For your convenience and comfort, this air-conditioned unit (please note that the AC is in the living room only, not in the bedroom) boasts an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen featuring full-size appliances, a coffee maker, rice cooker, blender, kettle, toaster, dishes, pots & pans, silverware, and cooking utensils.
The bedroom offers a cozy queen-size bed, a 32" TV, and a ceiling fan, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. It can be completely closed off from the living area. In the living room, you'll find a comfortable pull-out sleeper sofa, an armchair, and a 50" Smart TV with cable. Step outside onto the spacious balcony with its ocean and city views, complete with a table and 4 chairs, perfect for savoring morning coffee or evening sunsets. To top it all, the full bathroom includes a bathtub and shower!
All linens and towels, including beach towels, are provided. You also have easy access to laundry facilities which are located on the 3rd floor.
Stay connected with our complimentary high-speed wireless internet. If you have a car, parking in the building is available for $35 per day (price is subject to change), payable directly to the parking machine at the garage entrance. Please note that the maximum vehicle height for the parking garage is 6 ft.
And here's the icing on the cake: don't forget to check out the stunning rooftop recreation deck on the 34th floor, featuring a pool, a relaxing jacuzzi hot tub, and a rejuvenating sauna.

Regarding early check-ins or late checkouts, we're unable to confirm those requests at the moment. If you'd like to ensure you can either check in early or check out late, we'd suggest booking an extra night. In such cases, please reach out to Midway Vacations, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
HOW TO GET HERE: From Honolulu Airport, it's about a 20-minute ride – Prices are around $45 depending on traffic. Follow the signs to the taxi area upon arrival.
CHECKOUT CLEANING: The cleaning fee includes professional cleaning with sanitization of the unit; professional laundry of linens and towels with high temperature (180F) and restocking of amenities after each departure. There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.
STARTER SUPPLIES: We provide a welcome starter supply kit stocked with - one pack of coffee grounds, coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towel, tissue, can liners, salt & pepper, spray oil, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap. Please note that this is only a starter supply to make sure you have everything you need upon arrival.
LINENS & TOWELS: We provide one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, beach towel) per guest. The bed is equipped with a fitted sheet, a flat sheet, and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, pillows, and a blanket are inside the closet.
LAUNDRY ROOMS: There is a laundry room on the 3rd floor with coin and credit-card-operated washers and dryers. A single pack of laundry detergent is provided in your starter supply kit.
3O NIGHTS OR MORE STAY: Experience even greater savings! Reach out to us when planning a stay of 30 nights or more, and enjoy a 10% discount on your total room fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Travelers who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that reimburses for prepaid, non-refundable expenses that may arise due to unforeseen circumstances that could jeopardize your vacation investment and would otherwise incur unplanned expenses as well. My mom, husband and I stayed for a week while we were exploring the area. This is a great spot for walking to the beach, shops and resturants in Waikiki. Its also a close drive to Diamond Head etc. As most places right downtown we did find it loud at night hearing people and vehicles on the street and we could hear the wind loudly. The space was a good size for 3 people for a short time.

Waikiki at T your footsteps and roof-tops abound, We had a lot offbeat in the surf. This property has all you need to have an adult beach experience. The Honolulu bus system is easy and can take you to historic experiences.

If you like to be where the action is, this apartment puts you in the middle of everything Waikiki. We loved the proximity to the beach. We used the Biki bike system and the local transit to get around. The apartment was a relaxing spot after busy days. We used the rooftop pool many times. The lounge area adjacent to the pool area is recently redecorated and well appointed.

Great kitchen and balcony view to get your day started or have a quick lunch. The bedroom gets warm if you leave the bedroom door shut. A/C unit is in the living room. Everything else was perfect. I didn’t mind the short walk to the beach.

The unit was excellent. The location was awesome - so close to the beach, restaurants, parks, etc. that we enjoyed walking everywhere. The unit was very clean, well equipped, and in a building atmosphere that was pleasant, friendly, and vibrant. The pool and pool area was great, as were the other amenities in the building for our use. You will love this condo - we sure did and will definitely be back to stay in this place again. We have recommended it to many of our friends and family already.

The building is in a great spot and the apartment perfectly functional, but much smaller than the clever realtor photos make it look. The bedroom only has a small double bed but there’s still only room for one bedside cabinet. It’s a bit dated but clean and OK for 2 but definitely no more. This unit is on the side of the building that takes the full force of the trade winds and at 16 floors up you can’t get out onto the lanai without being blown over, which is a shame. The staff in the building are lovely, and really want to help, but their hands are tied if there are issues with a private unit like this, so if I was to stay here again I’d book direct rather than through a 3rd party.
