Right opposite to Harbour North Mall and a stone’s throw away from MTR exit.
Staff at Service counter are polite and efficient.
Toilet is cramped.
Not sound proofing esp the housekeeping noise from the next door can be clearly heard in the morning
Was bite by beg bugs a few times.
But overall it is satisfactory of its price and convenience.

Great location! Transportation and restaurants nearby
The breakfast is good. The room is a bit small after accommodating the 4 suitcases. Good location though for MTR. Cleaning staff is good.

The room has temperature control but it only provided cold air. The room was about 16 to 18 degree C. I catched a cold after the first night and then asked the front desk for a portable heater. This is unacceptable for a visitor from north America. A hotel room will provide cold or hot temperature control dial.
Dirtiest hotel I’ve come across. Only positives are the location and attentive staffs. My body itched since I checked in possibly due to dust mites allergy. There is zero view outside the window as there were maintenance works all over the building lasting a year but no notice was given to us before we booked.

Very small rooms. We stayed here many times before. Some rooms at lower levels was not as clean. Breakfast only offers good coffee.
Only provides bath towels. No face towel. Strip down in amenities. No paper pad. No pencil. Only provides two bath towels. No face towel. This place is not livable any more.

MTR nearby, very convenient for the visitors.
A lot of restaurants, convenience stores and laundry shop drop off and pick up only 4hours.
Location was great. However, the condition of the room leaves a lot to be desired. Mould on the walls and ceilings. I expected it to be dated but mould is unacceptable.
smallest room ever stayed in IBIS. Toilet functional but dated. Queen size bed small for 2 adults. only 1 pillow per adult and too soft. However metro is next to the hotel and there is a direct bus to airport.
The place looks very tired with furniture close to falling apart. It is in desperate need for an upgrade or renovation. While we were checking in , we heard a guest complaining being bitten by bugs and demand a change of room. While in our room there was a notice about pest control spraying in the following days which added to our concerns. The room is tiny and fortunately we did not have any bugs issue. Other than that, location is great. Easy transport to the airport and close to the MTR and bus terminus.
It's location makes it easy to get around; a few minutes to an mtr station. The property itself is grnerally nice and clean but the room is quite in want of a refurbishment. The parquet flooring is quite for wear and tear. Toiletries are basic; no shampoo was provided, only body wash and soap. Towels were clean. An electric kettle was available in the room but no coffeee or tea sachets were provided.

The hotel should follow up certain issues like dampness under the floors, curtains can't be pulled smoothlly and lack of restaurant serice or canteens.
Too small and primitive shower room. Not very stable hot water for showering.

$140.00/day is too much to pay for a small room and limited amenities - I have used this hotel before but this will be the last time - I’m so disappointed!!! I won’t even suggest it to my friends.
The central control air conditioner is too cold.
Window sill has serious water leakage during Black Rain/Red Rain.
Due to humidity, the wall has sweating and the ceiling has lot of black spots.
The outside of the Refrigerator has serious leakage of water.

convenient location, next to an mtr station in a busy area with lots of restaurants, rooms are clean but not very spacious, hotel is eco-friendly, staff are also friendly, however rooms are not soundproof, can hear what the neighbors are doing
