I booked a room here last minute and was very pleased with the room. It was spacious, clean, updated, and comfortable. The hosts were very kind and made check-in and check-out a breeze. The property is located in a quiet side street off the busy road but still walkable to the main street with plenty of shops, Cafes, and restaurants. I definitely recommend this cute place for your stay in Thao Dien! Thanks again

Very clean, well kept property. Room is extremely confortable, with a big TV and large table for eating, working, etc. Location is good, very quiet street but short walk to the main Thao Dien street area with many shops, restaurants, supermakets.

Beautiful, quiet and comfortable accommodation in a leafy side street in Thao Dien, walking distance from all the local attractions. Great value, friendly, nothing was too much trouble.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Sen Boutique! The people who work there are so friendly and helpful. It is located on a very quiet street and is near some great dining options. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in District 2.

Great hotel tucked away on a quiet street. Lovely coffee, good breakfast, wifi. Really appreciate the bedding: mattress, pillows and linens better than average for Saigon.

A small, pretty hotel away from the busy city traffic. Situated in a mainly residential street, but within a walking distance from food etc. Very helpful, friendly staff.

tucked away off main road. only thing was random neighbours dogs barking at own shadow or anything and the street vendor microphone asking in vietnamese anyone want breakfast from my cart at 6am each day....

I have stayed here several times and like it very much. A beautiful, tree-lined street. The rooms are always tidy and clean, staff friendly and very helpful. Comfortable beds. The decor is modern but not over the top. Within 5 or 6 minutes walking are a good French restaurant (with two-for-one weekday breakfasts!) and a pub. Within another 5 or 6 minutes walking are several coffee houses, (including a Starbucks). You can also use one of the motorbikes to get there, as well as to the bars and restaurants on Xuan Thuy Street, nearby. (Though I don’t recall any clubs.)

Was a cosy apartment with a clean and neat room! The location was a little hard to find, like a hidden hide out hahaha. The service stuff were friendly, helped us book a cab and make us breakfast. Would definitely recommend the place again!

A very nice, relaxing guest house. Firm mattress. A fridge, burner, pot/pan, plates, flatware, glasses, etc. Modern furnishings, and nice staff, free tea and coffee with a common area to pass some time having a conversation or reading a book. And there are motorbikes available to use. It's all good!

Very comfortable. Upon going into the room.. there is the wow factor. The staff over at Sen Boutique house always give a big smile and greet you when eva you go out or come back. One thing to note is the daily room cleaning... The staff do make sure it is clean and tidy. They even clean the glasses and plate. AAA+ Jus a small let down is they don’t top up the complimentary bottle water, coffee, tea and packet bath soap unless you request for it. Location is further away from city away. But packs with lot of restaurant. Would recommend going to Boathouse Restaurant very neraby this hotel with good remantic ambient. Overall: 4.8 out of 5star

Middle of nowhere.
Hard to get to and fro from the place. Shower head in an awkward position, poor bathroom design. If the cleaner doesn't do your room in the morning, they won't come back and do it in the afternoon.

Thank you for your feedback. The rain season just started, we will fix immediately as you said the windows leaks water into the room. Location: There're so many western and vietnamese food restaurants even super markets all are in walk distance Yes, Thao dien is a quiet place, not so busy traffic here Room clean : our cleaning time is fixed from 11:00-14:00 every day, If you won't want to be disturbed during this time, you can advise our team, then they will move it to another time. Thank you for your stay in our apartment and hope we can see you again in next your trip.

Selected the hotel for it's proximity to the client I was visiting. Clean, comfortable and totally acceptable especially for the price. Down a narrow side road so a taxi needs booking or you would have to walk up to the end of the road. Quiet area

Very nice room but lots of bugs in garden studio
A nice hotel that is more of a studio apartment stay. You got a lot of room for the price. I booked the garden studio which ended up being a mistake because of all the bugs that got into the room. A bunch of little bugs and even a small lizard! I was fine dealing with the small bugs but the giant flying roach that got in was a pain. I never even opened the sliding door to the garden so all of these critters just sneak in through vents/cracks. If you're squeamish about this stuff then maybe the rooms on the upper level are better. That said the room itself was very nice. Very modern and "boutique" as the name states. Friendly staff. Make sure you have a phone with you if you decide to come back late since you'll have to dial a number to open the gate after 9PM. There's not a lot to do in the area so just keep that in mind. Nothing in District 2 is really worth an overnight stay. But it was nice to get some fresh air that Distrct 1 doesn't have!

Freundliches Gästehaus abseits des turbulenten Zentrums. Genügend Restaurants und Coffee Shops in der Nähe. Wem das Frühstück zu wenig ist findet etwas in der Nähe. Toilette steht in der Dusche, etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, geht aber. Vom Preis/Leistungsverhältnis her absolut in Ordnung. Leider hat keines der Zimmer zwei Betten.

Fantastic room lacking hospitality
I would like to say this is the best hotel I've ever stayed in HCMC,however the staff can't understand English well and no free bicycle without early informing,even the manager explained the bicycle was under repairing and will check is it available next day,however, she didn't advise us again.Also when we check out, the staff almost forgot to return the deposit,until I reminded her.If you are looking for a fancy room to stay,I would highly recommend,but don't expect too much from the staff,they will let you down.
