Perfect hostel, room so clean and spacious with nice Decorations, breakfast also very good on nice view on rooftop, staff so friendly and helpful , location nearby typical in Ho Chi Minh City.

Mixed Feeling.
Reached hotel in mid night only was told our room was not available. They tried to arrange us to stay with a stranger although we booked a family private room. No initiative to inform nor discuss with us earlier. When we rejected it, they arranged another hostel for us. Which is noisy, dusty (because directly facing the main road) and not up to our expectation. No compensation or discount being offered to us despite this is solely their mistake. Although the next day they have fixed the issue, but damage has been done. Our mood was ruined, we wasted a day to settle and sort out all the problems (long story). Anyway, we were very unsatisfied with the way they handled their customers. Except for this issue, overall, they do have a spacious, quiet and clean room. Breakfast at rooftop was nice and comfortable too.

Very happy with the stay and will visit again
I really loved this hotel. The staff was very nice and friendly. They went over and above to help arrange vegetarian breakfast for me. They (especially the guys at the reception) were always readily available and helpful. My stay there felt like home. This place is excellent as far as location too - less than a minute away from the Bui Vien walking street and all the restaurants, bars etc. It's an excellent budget hotel in a very good location and has a staff that really makes you feel at home, I was very pleased with everything and will stay there again.

予約を見逃されて1時間も待たされ、部屋が無くグループホテルではす向かいのgreen何とかHOTELへ回されたが、エアコンが効かない、冷蔵庫は冷凍庫に入れてやっと冷える程度、バスタブの栓は無く、水圧は年寄りの小便並みだった。 良かったのはエレベーターがある事、窓が無く、糞五月蝿いベトナムで静かに熟睡出来た事。 総じて言えるのがホーチミンはコスパがよろしく無い
