Enjoy this prime location in Hilo, just minutes away from beautiful beaches, nice parks, fun shopping, yummy restaurants, etc.! Your ohana can enjoy all kinds of activities and then come relax in this sweet home at night.
This Front House has a Three Bedroom Upper Level Apartment that is all yours; there is a Downstairs Long Term Tenant in the downstairs apartment.
We do have another larger House available behind this one, that sleeps 10 people and has more parking spaces, if you would like to rent that one instead or in addition to this one.

- BBQ on back porch
- Washer Dryer available up until 9pm.
* Fully stocked with Coffee, Tea, Sugar, Honey, Creamer; Olive Oil, Balsamic Vinegar, Spices; Shampoo, Conditioner, Bodywash; Bath & Beach Towels, Fresh Clean Linens, Cooler ~ all provided.

Safe, residential area in Hilo.
I will mention that this house has some noise of street traffic.
We do provide A/C units and sound absorbing curtains that help reduce the noise, as well as earplugs! :)
Best to have a car.

- Please treat the House with Care and Respect, thanks.
- No Smoking inside the house
- No non-paying guests sleeping over
- No parties or events
- Sound travels easily.
Please respect Quiet Hours from 9pm - 8am, so as to respect the neighbors.
- Pets allowed upon request and payment of the Pet Fee.
IMPORTANT: If you do bring your pet, YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO LEAVE THEM ALONE & UNSUPERVISED IN THE HOUSE! As we have found the hard way that they will then bark non-stop and disturb the neighbors, as well as possibly do damage to the house when left unattended. So please do not plan on bringing them and then leaving them alone in the house while you go on excursions, etc.
