"Great potential, but cleanliness and maintenance need attention."The property has a lot of potential — it's well-located, nicely laid out, and has a comfortable atmosphere overall. However, our stay was affected by a few key issues. When we arrived, the unit was not properly cleaned, and we encountered several broken or non-functional items throughout the space. In addition, the kitchen was missing several essential cooking utensils and tools, which made meal preparation more difficult than expected.On a positive note, the owner was very responsive and did make an effort to address our concerns promptly, which we appreciated. With improved cleaning standards, timely repairs, and a better-equipped kitchen, this could be a truly great rental. The property itself is charming and has a lot to offer with a bit more attention to detail.
