Average property but clean. For the price, I’d stay there again. The desk clerk upon arrival was less than welcoming without giving so much as a hello. I think her attitude may have tainted my opinion of my stay.

Bathroom sink did not drain did not drain. We contacted the front desk every day. Drawers in room were missing pull handles they never fixed. Food was very bad for breakfast

The room was very nice. The outside needed swept and hosed down and land scaping needed weeded. The curb appeal needs cleaned up. But the motel is very nice.

The check in staff (Brenda?) was super nice! We had a pet friendly room, so the floor was “cold”. Room was clean and simple, but the heat/air was suuuper loud when it was on. Great deal for the price!

Dirty rusty fridge, dirty microwave, coffee maker had old ground filter still in it and used soap and shampoo left from other guest in shower. Black mold and damaged ceiling in the shower. Horrible wifi. Staff are on repeat saying updates coming. This room need to be closed down for health safety issues.

they gave a room where the air conditioning was stuck and we could not turn it off. When we demanded another room we were told they were full and we would have to stay in our terrible room. then in the morning we discovered that the shower was disabled. I've never had such a terrible experience. i would never stay here again!

This was the poorest La Quinta I’ve stayed in. Very clean but needs updating badly. Breakfast was terrible although a good variety. Fruit terrible, bananas way over ripe. English muffins mouldy, coffee was like hot water. Orange juice warm. Paid for breakfast elsewhere. Very disappointing for La Quinta

The building and rooms are run down and smell weird. The bathroom smelled like mold. Also really bad pillows and an aging mattess that sinks in the middle. The side parking lot have very little lighting and felt unsafe. The staff were friendly & good.

The parking lot was an icy mess with little to no sidewalk clearing. We had to wait until the main lady finished training a new person on whatever they were doing on the computer, instead of checking us right in. Once in the room we were both to uncomfortable to sit on the heavy stained couch or chairs. The carpet was equally as gross. Bathroom was clean though it was supplied with tattered towels. The pillows were hard and the bed was pretty hard too. Lucky for us we were just passing through and only spent a total of 8 hrs in the room. What a dump.

Im staying in helena for work and the lady at the front desk was very accommodating and when we asked if they did extended stays she saidnyes but she would need to talk to her gm abt how long we would need to stay! The place us lovely. Very clean, rooms are on the smaller side but are very nice.

Quick in and out...Accesible bathroom was a bathtub with extra grab bars.. not walk in with bench. Vinyl flooring was not warm more suitable for construction crews than elderly tourists. Bed was good ... linens and towels were clean. Breakfast.. the usual stuff.. no fresh fruit. Overall well managed and clean but aimed at a different demographic trhan us.
