Fabulous wee cottage
My elderly father and I had a wonderful few days here. Everything was so easy being in the village, we never cooked as there are lots of options for eating out or takeaway. Local dog walks were super and the enclosed courtyard meant we were never worried about the dog. Hosts were easy to contact and replied quickly to questions. Would happily recommend this lovely cottage and delightful village.

FABULOUS COTTAGE
This cottage is an absolute gem. Excellent position just off the high street.
More spacious than the pictures show although they are very accurate to how the property looks.
Lovely touch of cake and milk thank you.
Absolutely spotless throughout and lovely and warm.
Beds really comfortably, bedding and towels beautiful quality.
The sandwich box on back high street does great breakfast options and open 7.30-2.30 so ideal to pop in after walking our dog along the river!
The Royal Oak across the river has amazing value food and really friendly staff. We popped in for lunch one day and the ciabatta was so big we didn’t have room for dinner.

Fabulous cottage, fantastic location
We stayed here for three nights over Easter. The cottage is tucked away just off the Main Street with pubs, shops and cafe/eateries just a short walk away. Ideal location, quiet and cosy. The cottage itself is excellent with a good amount of space inside. The courtyard outside is great and will be even better in summer.
Amenities are very good though we couldn’t work out how to use the electric hob (our fault as we are used to gas..!!!)
The bedroom annexe is great with its own space and own bathroom.
We really enjoyed our stay and hope to stay again in the future. Hosts communication was very good and they left some delicious biscuits along with some milk for us which was a lovely touch.
We would highly recommend.

Excellent in every respect
This property could not be better, small but perfect! Lovely decor, comfy beds and lounge area, nice little secure courtyard for the dogs which would be lovely to sit outside in nicer weather.
A stones through from the High Street in Pateley which is a lovely town / large village with decent selection of shops and pubs. Can’t fault a single thing, owners were super helpful and quick to respond to any queries and we found the arrival instructions perfectly clear.

Quirky cottage in the heart of Pateley Bridge
Despite horrendous weather when we arrived and a problem caused by the unusual amount of rain. The hosts were very helpful and the problem was resolved so that we were able to enjoy the rest of our stay. We hope to return in the spring

Well located cottage in lovely village
Lovely cottage with charming courtyard seating area, and well tended garden in the very nice village of Pateley Bridge. The local shops had all the essentials and the butcher was outstanding….especially all those wonderful pies. The village is a great location as a base for visiting the many lovely sites in this gorgeous part of the world and only a short drive from Fountains Abbey, Ripon and All Creatures Great and Small country. Many lovely walks with stunning views start from the village. Would be happy to return again in future.
