Staying right on the snow - ski in ski out was fantastic! Not many dining options at night so either eat early or get shuttle into echo land

Awesome staff. Right in front of chair lift. Can’t go wrong with this place.

Mainly Chinese and Vietnamese staff that provided excellent service! Breakfast area is very cold, but there is an entertainment room where groups can relax.

Solo ski trip
The front desk personnel was accommodating. She helped me take the snowboard bag into my room. She also helped me take my luggage outside the building when I was waiting for my ride. However, the WiFi didn't work when I was there. The room was clean and well kept, if not for the WiFi.

お部屋の壁にエアコン取り付け金具が、 剥き出しでそのままありましたが、 大きな絵やポスターなど 飾ってはいかがでしょうか? 朝食が更に暖かいと嬉しいです。 大変お世話になりました。😌

下水の臭いが、、
立地やお部屋の内容フロントの方の対応などは良いと思うのですが、 1階エントランスロビーや廊下、フロントレストランやまたそこからエレベーターを通じて立ち上る下水臭が大変残念です。 (チェックアウトの際お聞きしたら地下の浄化槽の故障とのことでしたが、1ヶ月後にロビーのぞいた際も同じ臭いでした) またお電話してすぐご対応いただきましたが、お部屋のスリッパが汚れていたりチェストの引き出しの中のゴミが片付けられていないなど、少々問題を感じざるを得ない状況でした。 臭いなど気にならない方なら良い宿なのかと思いますが、、

2部屋予約しましたが、どちらの部屋もカメムシがたくさん出てきました。設備も2部屋バラバラで片方の部屋は洗面台がなく、シャワーブースから最初に茶色の水が出てきました。 場所はゲレンデすぐでとても便利です。
