"This is a very charming and cozy house on private property. Very clean and comfortable. Close to lower town and restaurants. Also, conveniently located to the hiking trails. We really enjoyed hot tub after long day of activities. One of the highlights was bird watching in the morning while drinking coffee on the patio. Tony was a great host. "This was our first time in the area, and we had a wonderful stay. The house was cozy and comfortable, and the hot tub was a wonderful bonus especially after a long day driving. We also enjoyed spending time on the deck, and playing with the lawn games provided. Harper’s Ferry National park was easy to get to and we really enjoyed exploring it. If we are ever in this area again, we would definitely stay here!"

"Mostly satisfying stay. Cabin was a little dirty and older than in pictures. Made sure day before hot tub was in working order but at arrival was not working. The hot tub was finally fixed and hot at midnight on our last night. Was able to use it for an hour. The owner apologised but offered no compensation. Plus the front door knob fell off when we arrived. Had to fix myself. Other than that was a very private property and very nice fire pit. Wood not included."

"We enjoyed our stay at this cosy cabin. There is a lovely view from the deck and the cabin was clean and comfortable. There is a big yard which our dogs loved! Cacapon State park is about 20 min away and has a lot of amenities including some great hikes. It is worth exploring. We liked Berkeley Springs Brewery, good beer and food about 25 min away. The road to the cabin is steep in places and in winter weather I would want AWD/4WD. We had a nice getaway and would stay here again."
