Everything was unique about this hotel. I felt very safe staying there. Hotel Morales is clean, quite and BEYOND BEAUTIFUL! I can’t wait to go back and enjoy this beautiful hotel once again. Everything was excellent!

This is the only Hotel I stay in when I come to Guadalajara. It is located in the central part of the city and is extremely convenient. It feels like a classic old hotel, but the facilities are immaculate.

The beds were to small need queen bed size. Air conditioner blew in your face . We had to check out one day earlier the hotel changed for the night anyway. If you don’t use the room it should have been changed. Very disappointed.

Beautiful property and the staff was amazing! Jose was such a delight and very helpful! The restaurant had a delicious breakfast selection. This will definitely by our go to place whenever visiting Guadalajara!

The hotel was in historic center a lot of places walking distance. The restaurant at hotel has great food. Breakfast buffet in the morning and the restaurant is open all day. They have rooftop pool that is nice for hot days. We booked a massage at spa and we were very satisfied. Reception is open 24hours. The rooms are roomy and comfy. The staff all very nice and helpful. Loved our stay and would definitely come back

Very happy stayed the hotel is in the center of the heart of Guadalajara. Everything was near and easy to get around. Extraordinary service, and staff every detail address and met. Great location. Very nice and clean. The staff we came across was great. We arrived early morning and they were able to accommodate an early check in. The breakfast buffet is good. The only complaint I have is that 2 dresses went missing from one of our luggage bags. So make sure you are aware of your belongings .
