Windows missing glass, restrooms for everyone, cockroach everywhere. Never personal to complain. We moved to another hotel after two days.

Fraude este hotel.
No pude tomar mi estancia en el hotel, cuando llegamos nos dijeron que no tenian diaponibilidad, sigo esperando el reembolso de mi dinero... me dicen que me lo van a depositar y no pasa jamas, voy al oxxo en 2 horas y nada... la verdad ya nonse que hacer.

Nos cambiaron de establecimiento porque no habia habitaciones, la habitacion estaba ocupada, nos movieron a otro hospedaje donde el cuarto estaba en pesimo estado, parte del techo se desprendio por una fuga de agua, las camas sucias, esto ocasiono que la persona que se quedaria sufriera problemas de salud. No podemos decir nada de la persona que nos atendio, hizo lo posible pero no estaba en sus manos. Solicito a expedia el reembolso total de mi reservación.
