Oct 14, 2019Our purpose in staying in Zell Am See was a nice stop after drive through Grossglockner High Alpine Road. This visit is very weather dependent so have a back up plan if weather prohibits drive.

The hotel is old and doesn't feel like luxury 5 stars experience. Cleanliness needs to be improved in the hotel's rooms and corridors. Also, the smell in the hotel isn't good, and it feels like it's old and unmaintained. Despite this, the breakfast is excellent and the staff is friendly and accommodating.
