Many cigarettes in the main entrance, dirty elevators as well as their tracks. Clientele very debatable. Outdated rooms and bathrooms, linen on beds worn out. Employees mean well, but no training or supervision. Grooming is an issue and I suppose we are all complacent to the tattoo world that we live in. Quality of food is sub par and I have to say the coffee chosen is very 👍

We enjoyed staying at Drury Inn & Suites for a couple of nights! The room was spacious and clean. The hot breakfast was good but they didn’t do a great job restocking. The pool and hottub were nice but it smelled horrible in there the entire stay. The last day the pool was closed so that was a bummer. It was tolerable if we stayed outside at the outdoor pool portion. Overall, would stay again and hope the pool room doesn’t stink!

I can’t begin to express how nice and pleasant the ENTIRE staff has been our entire stay. Everyone has been so friendly and welcoming. I messed up our reservations and the front desk took care of it with no problem or hesitation at all. I’m not sure of everyones name but MacKenzie at the front desk helped us with our reservation and Codie was always super sweet when making our drinks. We got a breakfast and dinner every evening. While I was skeptical on how the food would be, it was actually pretty good and they had a variety of options each night. We even got 3 free adult beverages each night at dinner. Our rooms were cleaned and refreshed each day. WiFi worked well. I wasn’t impressed with the pool. Half of it is inside and half of it is outside. It’s also pretty small but other than that I have nothing but good things to say!! The hot tub was nice. It was our first time staying at Drury and we will definitely be coming back.

I absolutely enjoyed my first stay ever at Drury Hotels.. free breakfast, free dinner, and even 3 free drinks during their "happy hours". We picked this hotel for the hot tub amenity and it was far more than we expected. I can't wait to stay here again!! And in future traveling, look for this hotel wherever we go!! Thank you for the best stay!!

The bed and pillows were so comfortable. I felt safe in the area and my room (traveling as a solo woman). Staff were friendly. The breakfast was better than I expected! The food/dining area looked clean while I was there. One word of caution: the free drinks and snacks in the evening are in the common dining area where you have breakfast. I had imagined more of a cocktail hour type of feel. Instead, it was crowded, loud, and there were lots of children. I didn't get any food because I was coming in from dinner. It looked like BBQ sliders. I ordered a beer and took it back to my room. My surprise at the setup was also my fault, as I didn't ask any questions upon checking in and didn't take a look at the area when I arrived. Overall, I was very happy with my stay and would come back. The rate was reasonable and it was just what I needed for a business conference.

Everyone was nice and friendly. Only issue was there were lot of I'll behaved children that made some things uncomfortable. Nice was evening reception that we could have a glass of wine and some food. Parents need to watch their children and not allow them to serve themselves if you've never taught them how to.

First time staying at a Drury property. Checkin was smooth. We request and recieved a quiet room. Hotel lobby and hallways were clean, including carpets. Rooms were very clean. Beds were firm but pretty comfortable. Pillows were nice a full. They offer complimentary hot breekfaat, which included biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, assorted cereal, make your own waffles and pastries. In the evenings they offer happy hour with free appetizers and alcoholic beverages. Parking was easy. Hotel is conveniently located near tons of shopping/restaurants and is directly next door to a Cracker Barrel. Across the street is a Whole Food and REI, so I’m assuming it’s a better part of town. My one complaint is there was no hot water available for showers both mornings during our stay.
