Everything was good except for our toilet running over the first time we flushed it. The lady at the desk was wonderful and changed our room for us.
We were traveling home from New Orleans which gave us a very long tiring drive. We decided we couldn’t drive much longer and I made the comment on booking a best Western that was closest to where we were at the time being. This best Western happened to pop up. It was so convenient, I was able to book within five minutes walk in check-in and we were to bed within 20 minutes. The staff was very friendly, the room was very clean and the breakfast in the morning we had before we left was fantastic. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
The property is very smelly. Both rooms we tried had horribly cigarette smoke smell and they were nonsmoking rooms. Seemed clean but did did not stay there and will not again. No way this has 8 rating. Waiti ng for my refund

We did not realize that there is no elevator, so we had to carry our bags up stairs to our room, which was hot and took more than an hour to cool to a reasonable temperature.

All was good but at 7 30 am we came down for breakfast and it was all gone and no sign of putting out more.

The staff at my checkin and the provided buffet breakfast were both friendly. Our king bed room was a nice size and the bed was very comfortable. The room was clean and the bathroom linens were new. The location is conveniently off I-65 with a wal-mart, dollar tree and restaurants within .5 miles.

The room smelled like smoke. The sheets were ripped. The floor was dirty, needed to be cleaned & vacuumed. The shower had a used bar of soap sitting in the corner.

So sorry but you didn't report any problem with your room during your stay if you had maybe someone could have helped you. So you can't blame anyone if you don't report a problem.
Check in was great, day shift rude, night shift rude, evening shift was great at front desk. Tried to call directly the week before to make reservations and the dayshift manager was rude.
So made them on here. Breakfast was good. Stayed here last yr about 8 times and did not receive the same great hospitality this year as last.

Bathtub was really dirty.
Breakfast over at 9 on a sunday.
Comfort had blood stain on it.
Cleaning people did understand any English.
Cleaners knocked on the door at 9AM to see when we were leaving. check out was 11AM. Very shabby for a BW, and plenty of other places to stay there. Gal at the check in was great.

Sorry but desk clerks told you breakfast hours upon check in has been those hours here for 30 years. 6-9 every day. And if you had reported a problem with your room someone would have gladly helped you. Again sorry for you unpleasant stay.
My only negative is that my room key deactivated at 9 am and check-out wasn't until 11 am. It didn't create a mojor inconvenience as we were leaving early any. I discovered this because I had to let my wife in when she returned from breakfast. The person in the lobby said that this happens T times even though the keys are set to deactivate at 11 am.

Sorry but i can't rely if i don't know the problen
Booked a non smoking room which completely smelled like smoke. They let you know it’s a $200 charge to smoke in room but as bad as it smelled I don’t know how they could honestly tell. I went to Walmart and sprayed the whole room down with febreeze which helped a lot. Toilet was not bolted down correctly so it moved when you sat down. Bed was comfy and room was clean.

Room was clean and pleasant. Daily cleaning was excellent. Overall very nice stay. Stayed 4 nights and found it very comfortable will definitely stay there again next year. Did not however like the accessibility from the Highway. No fault of the establishment but the entrance can be frustrating.

Pleasantly surprised with Best Western stay. I purposely avoided bookings at Best Western in the past, however there seems to have been a change for the better. I will definitely consider staying at BW in the future.
