We loved our stay at the park. Our cabin was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. A comfortable two seater would have been the only thing missing

Hi Douglas thanks for your review. Yes our non ensuited and ensuited park cabins are quite compact and just have a double bed in them. Our chalets have the bigger queen mattress. Glad you had a peaceful stay!Kind Regards, Laura and team

This was a nice base from which to explore the Margaret River region. Winery with cellar door across the road made a pleasant stop at the end of the day, and the beach just a few km away was nice for a swim and a sunset. Lots of excellent wineries in the region. Our cabin was well equipped and very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The wifi was unfortunately pretty much non-existent and we had no cell service in the area but that was the only drawback. Note you need a vehicle as there is nothing (except the one winery) in walking distance.

Hi Christine, thanks for your review. The wifi has just been upgraded with Starlink but unfortunately we weren't made aware that it had gone down in the park. It just needed rebooting so its back online now! We do have optus and telstra reception but I believe Vodaphone is pretty non existent down this way! Glad you found our cabin clean and comfortable! Lovely facilities. Fresh new bathrooms with hot showers. Kids loved minigolf, jumping pillow, tennis, basketball. The only thing for me was the dampness and musty smell in the cabin due to the moisture and humidity. There were attempts to address these with humidity absorbing packs around but just didn’t quite do it. We visited in winter and it just felt like we never felt dry. Overall, clean, quiet, great family oersted business and facilities. Will definitely return again and highly recommended to stay.

I booked a cabin with an ensuite but i ended up having one without as it was double booked which isnt ideal Then the showers were cold, tv didnt work, heater couldnt get working, not a great start but everything got fixed by local handyman. The tv was faulty again, again repaired. Then on the day i left the shower was faulty again. Not ideal.

Loved the little cabin we were in. The birdlife was prolific. Nice to have a wine farm accross the road for wine tastings.

The staff were so friendly and nice and the facilities were very clean. The bunk beds were slightly dirty but apart from that, a very good stay, was pleasantly surprised!

We stayed in an non-en-suited cabin. Cabin contained all the basics we needed. Beautifuly green property, lots of trees and nature. Free access to mini golf, tennis, basket ball. Kids and I had a ball!

Tucked away in the trees, surrounded by wildlife. Glorious, beautiful and tranquil. Staff were very friendly, helpful and had great customer service. We will stay here again.

Good place to stay for quick ge away.
Good place to stay, staff friendly and check in and out easy. Could use an air conditioner in unit as the days we stayed temps were in high 30s and cabin was very hot.

We stayed in one of the cabins and loved it. The cabin was so clean and comfy and had everything we needed. We loved the friendly kookaburras and also the kangaroos! We travelled with our 3yr old son and 7 week old baby - we will definitely come back and stay again! The staff we met were so lovely and genuine.

Glad you found our cabins clean. Unfortunately as it was Anonymous we can't see what you paid or what cabin type you were in. But our Non ensuited cabins start at $90 per night and our ensuited cabins for $120 per night for 2 adults - represent excellent value. Plus they are newly refurbished. Just bear in mind if you come over a peak period like the March long weekend just gone/easter or Christmas Holidays the cabins do go up for those dates (which is everywhere not just us). Place it self was good. We booked place for 3 people but bed was done for one person. Make sure you let them know how many beds you’d be needed. Atmosphere was amazing. Housing had a heavy moist build in. No towels were provided. Our heater broke down on the second night, and couldn’t get it fixed because the office was closed at 6PM. wifi connection was really poor (not a big thing because we came to enjoy time with each other). Location was amazing. On our check out day our free wifi was disconnected 3 hours before check out and we were accused of “speeding” when driving in the caravan park even though we drove 5km per hour, which made the end experience disappointing. Check in was great, but the last night was a let down including check out. End experience was OK

Hi Ann thanks for your review and feedback. The booking was made late through expedia and we did give you blankets on arrival free of charge. (I personally checked you in) As our non ensuited park cabins don't have a bathroom -guests usually bring their own towels . The heater we did check after you left was working but these heaters have to sit level otherwise they won't work unfortunately. Our after hours phone on the office door - we always will attend to so you were welcome to lift that for reception as yes our office does close at 6pm. It has been particulary cold at night lately! Erica did have a couple of complaints of a silver car driving far too quick in the park so she did mention it to you on departure as we have so many kids running around the park and they just don't look. In regards to the free wifi we have 3 routers in the park and you have to be within 50 metres to pick up good reception. Your cabin was about 50 metres away from the router+ and if you were inside it the cabin would come across quite slow. Outside should have been a lot stronger. We enjoyed the children’s playground, we felt safe. We would’ve appreciated being informed there was a heater in the cupboard. As we didn’t have anything to hang.

Hi sorry to hear you found a bug. Our photos do correspond with the different cabin types and are current and correct. We are in a bush setting and sometimes bugs do appear in cabins (this is Australia). As its an anonymous review its hard to have any information on what you booked etc. Our prices do reflect the different cabin types and start at $90 per night for a more basic non ensuited park cabin and go upto $250 per night for fully self contained chalets over the peak season.
