The Villa Dalu am See is equipped with love for exclusive details and offers plenty of space for wellness and relaxation. The stylishly furnished house has underfloor heating, digital satellite / TV and flat screen in the living and sleeping areas. Large living rooms with seating and dining area, luxury designer sofas, open kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, ceramic hob with convection oven. Environment: The house is located about 80 meters from the Fleesensee. In the immediate vicinity is the Ibero Hotel, idyllic in the middle of the Mecklenburg Lake District. The spacious wellness area Iberotel Spa (950m²) with indoor pool and whirlpool baths, bio-sauna, sauna with a view of the lake, sauna garden, steam grotto, herbal steam bath, Kneipp walk, relaxation room with water bed loungers, is only 150 meters away. Furthermore, the city of Waren is the shortest distance to Germany's largest lake. The city can be reached by boat on the Fleesen- and Kölpinsee, by bike (bike rental in the village) or by car in a few minutes. Various restaurants, small shops, an organic farm, outlet stores, a laundromat and an ATM are also nearby. The Müritz National Park, a large freshwater aquarium are interesting destinations.

Golf Courses: 5 golf courses in a golf club with 72 holes (3 x 18 holes, 2 x 9 holes) guarantee variety and the right challenge for every skill level. The golf club is home to the golf school of former national coach Oliver Heuler. He has trained 18 teachers whose goal is to quickly improve the ball flight with as few corrections as possible.

Unterkunft mit Wohlfühlfaktor

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Objekt und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Kleine Schwierigkeiten konnten schnell gelöst werden und der Service war reibungslos und effektiv. Die Sauna ist für 2-3 Personen geeignet und lässt sich leicht bedienen. Der Whirpool eignet sich für 5 Personen gut und kann individuell bedient werden. Der Weg zum Fleesensee ist kurz und lädt zum spazieren ein.

Toller Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienobjekt,es war alles da was man braucht.Der Whirlpool und die Sauna waren einfach nur super und wir haben es in vollen Zügen genossen.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Mega schönes Ferienhaus

War alles super, schönes Haus, top Ausstattung und trotz der vielen Häuser hatte man seine Privatsphäre. Sind nur Kleinigkeiten die man bemängeln könnte, Wlan ist eher schlecht, wurde sehr wenig Toilettenpapier bereitgestellt (Ende einer Rolle), gab keine Müllsäcke und keine offensichtliche Erklärung zu Whirlpool und Kamin. Sowas hatten wir eigentlich erwartet, aber wie erwähnt war es ein super Haus und empfehlen es gern weiter.

Villa Grande Familia (FHM Dortmund)

Unser einwöchiger Urlaub (Herbstferien 2020) in der Villa Grande Familia in Untergöhren war super . Vier Erwachsene und drei Kinder haben perfekt hinein gepasst. Das Haus ist neu, es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Sauberkeit war leider nur "naja" , aber verkraftbar. Der Außenpool war perfekt für die Herbstzeit. Die Wassertemperatur super. Achtung: Große Bettlaken nicht vergessen!!! (Das steht aber auch irgendwo geschrieben.) Die Kommunikation mit FHM Dortmund war super angenehm. Ein großes Lob an Frau Stolb 😁👍 Die Mails von FeWo Direkt hilfreich und nicht zu viel. Wenn wir etwas bemängeln müssten, dann wäre es die Kostenaufschlüsselung. Das ist aber Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Alles in allem immer wieder gerne!

Tolles Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Es bietet ausreichend Platz mit sehr großen Schlafzimmern. Die Ausstattung ist gehoben. Flat TV in jeden Schlafzimmer, SKY und BluRay Player im Wohnzimmer. Der Aussenwhirlpool ist klasse und wurde von uns fast täglich genutzt. Während unseres Aufenthalt drohte, da die Chlortablette im Schwimmer aufgebraucht war, die Wasserqualität zu kippen. Ein Anruf beim Verwalter und das Problem wurde kurzfristig gelöst. Hier hätten wir uns eine proaktive Kontrolle gewünscht und nicht erst eine Reaktion bei Urlauberanruf. Das Internet läuft über einen Gigacube und somit via Mobilfunknetz. Die Verfügbarkeit ist mittelmäßig. Zum streamen von Filmen und Serien ist dies nicht sonderlich geeignet zumal es eine Limitierung des Datenvolumens gibt. Und hat dies in keinster Weise gestört. Für WhatsApp und Mails reicht das das WLAN allemal und Filme hatten wir vorher auf Tablets geladen oder DVD/BluRays mitgebracht. Der See ist fussläufig in 3 min zu erreichen und bietet neben tollen Kletterpark, Seilbahn, Beachvolleyball, Matschspielplatz, Liegewiese und natürlich dem Strand selbst, alles was das Herz begehrt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermärkte) gibt es in Malchow und sind mit dem Auto in 15 min. zu erreichen. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Super Aufenthalt zum Entspannen

Wir haben das Entspannungswochenende sehr genossen. Um einen Mangel wurde sich sofort gekümmert und eine Lösung gefunden. Sehr netter Eigentümer, und Häuser in denen an alles gedacht ist.

Sehr schöner Urlaub - wir kommen gerne wieder

Wir hatten einen tollen Familienurlaub mit unseren drei Kindern und zwei Hunden. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und top gepflegt. Alles so wie beschrieben und alles vorhanden. Hochwertige Elektrogeräte in Küche und Wohnzimmer, alles gepflegt, sauber und neuwertig. In direkter Umgebung ist neben dem See und großen Spielplätzen nicht all zu viel, aber per Auto ist man in wenigen Minuten an vielen Ausflugszielen. Die Landschaft und die Angebote rund um die Seenplatte bieten für große und kleine Gäste viele und abwechslungsreiche Möglichkeiten. Wir kommen gerne wieder, eine Woche hat nicht annähernd gereicht, alles zu erkunden. Liebe Grüße, Familie A. aus Franken

Rundherum hervorragend

Unser Erlebnis (4Erwachsene, 1 Baby) war durchweg positiv. Die Zimmer waren schön groß und die Ausstattung gehoben. Jeden Tag kam der Hausmeister und fragte nach dem Rechten sowie schaute nach der Wasserqualität des Pools. Das Haus war außerdem sehr sauber und der Fleesensee war keine 2Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Terrasse und der Whirlpool luden uns auch jederzeit ein bei gutem Wetter die Zeit im Freien zu verbringen. Einziges (wenn auch verkraftbares) Manko: Sehr schlechter Internetempfang. Leider konnte auch das vorhandene WLAN da keine Abhilfe schaffen. Da man jedoch im Urlaub ist, war das für uns kein Qualitätsverlust, eher ein Qualitätsgewinn mal nicht immer erreichbar zu sein ;-)
