For years I have visited Nairobi on business and I have to say this is probably the best hotel in the city. I spent one week here and I did not want to leave. Facilities are modern, clean and comfortable, food is absolutely delicious but most importantly, every single member of the staff is there to help, to greet you with a smile and to make your day better. A true example of Kenyan hospitality. From the moment you are picked up at the airport, to the moment you are dropped off again, there is always someone ready to help. I will come back.

May 21, 2019It is not a very big place so it gets crowded with a few visitors. Getting there early may help you avoid too many people. The place itself is nice. Note that you cannot pay with cash. It is amazing to meet these beautiful animals up close and personal.

Feb 23, 2019Lovely place,they charged 1000ksh for 2 hours (I didn’t see this online so I wasn’t expecting it). They don’t accept cash,I’m not sure why but I wasn’t with my card so I couldn’t get anything but it’s a fun place to bring kids but you have to use a taxi or Uber because transportation from there is very hard. The staff are really friendly and they helped put people at ease so they can feed the giraffes. It was an amazing experience!

Jan 31, 2019if you've been on a Safari this is like going to the zoo. Whole visit should take 30-45 minutes. Best thing is the "french kiss". Let them take the food from your lips. No where near as gross as it sounds and great pics. It's harmless and fun.
