Disliked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
We ordered and pre paid for two nights on hotels.com, when we arrived to the place the owner kept asking us about how much we have paid for the room, sitting in our porch for a long time showing us the original price of a night in his place and we didn't understand what he want from us, a thing that made us feel very uncomfortable and feel like we did something wrong. Eventually we are only backpackers that found a great deal on the place and if there was a problem he should have solved it with the website. When we got to the room the garbage cans had trash in them and the shower had hair in it. We also have to add that the place is beautiful and close to the pagoda but the owner must change his attitude.
