This was an emergency stay. The resort that our host chose for us was substandard and we needed somewhere to stay. When I called about availability the staff was extremely helpful in guiding me through the booking process and even shared that the price would be cheaper through Expedia than booking directly.

Great resort. Be sure to check the in room brochure and map of the property because there is so much offered by way of activities that is not visible. Some of the design angles of the property and trees, you don’t see a number of swinging pools, poolside bars, chartered boat and more.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Everyone was friendly. It’s very convenient to the marketplace. We also enjoyed the breakfast that was offered on the property.

Nice ambiance. Great balcony view. Kitchenette in room was convenient, equipped with essentials for morning tea and coffee. Plumbing was a bit outdated but water was hot. Skip the breakfast buffet. I would stay again. Rooms are nice and relaxing for lounging.

The check In was slow and was shocked to see there was no help with luggage. After 2 bad rooms, first one my key worked and somebody was already in there and the 2nd room had a leaky toilet . But the staff immediately rectified the situation and gave us a free upgrade and the room was gorgeous !! Over all the stay was very very nice !

3 unauthorized holds on my credit card. Had to talk to 4 different staff to find out that they had no explanation……. Check in person did not provide any information about the resort or clear direction on how to find my room.
