Outdoors: Patio terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and uninterrupted views of the harbour and river across to Polruan. There is no parking, it is possible to unload outside the property. 
Parking: Weekly parking tickets can be purchased in the car park within 400 yards from the property.
Pets:  No pets allowed, sorry. 
General:  WiFi included, gas & electricity included in rent; underfloor heating on ground floor, heated towel rails.
Important notes:  No smoking, no pets, this property has a spiral staircase to all levels, so may be unsuitable for children or people with limited mobility.
