This is a nice hotel. The only negative comment is this: it is so hot in the pool area that it is unpleasant to sit and visit when not swimming.

I had no complaints. My grandsons loved the automated pancake machine. The hotel was clean and I think I even smelled cleaner in the elevator.

Clean, comfortable, friendly staff too! We stayed three nights while moving my CSU grad from apartment to house. Needed a place to store her monstera and no one blinked when we brought in this huge plant! Yummy breakfast (must try the pancake machine) and relaxing pool! Thanks again!

Have given this hotel a higher rating in the past, but this time there was a problem. Apparently the new heating/cooling system has a glitch. Our a/c kept kicking to heat. The night man was not helpful at all. Lots of attitude. The morning staff told it like it is. We canceled our return stay and booked at a different hotel.

I purchased two rooms for my son’s birthday. I couldn't be with them on their travel. My wife showed up to check in and they wouldn’t let he check in without a $100 deposit for both rooms. She didn’t have the card that I purchased the room so they wouldn’t let her check in. Cost me the two rooms. And my family had and my son’s friends ended up driving home the four hours instead of being able to stay. It was dangerous for them and my son had missed out on his and his friends plans to experience time in Fort Collins. Very disappointed. Sonic should have posted this info on the site before I bought the room. $100 deposit per room as Ridiculous and not willing to take my card over the phone was just wrong. Very very disappointed
