From the moment we arrived we fell in love with this hotel. Layout is very unique (believe it is a historic building). The interior is like nothing U have seen before. Pool felt like a place back in time. Rooftop hot tub. Views of the ocean. Wonderful breakfast buffet each morning. What is not to love. Disappointed that the hot tub temp was too low and of course it rained while we were there. But I would go back in a heartbeat.

This hotel was disappointing despite its positive reviews . The rooms are old, dated and most of all not very clean . Breakfast is pretty basic and the staff did not refill the items when they were finish even if new dinners were still coming . The service was decent . Overall I wouldn’t recommend it

A beautiful hotel with front desk staff who were charming and helpful. Our room was immaculately clean, with a terrace looking out toward the cathedral and the sea beyond. Breakfasts in the dining room were delicious, and the rooftop terrace was a wonderful location for enjoying a drink at sunset.

Excellent location with beautiful views of the sunset. We had a room for 4 with a partial upstairs and downstairs that was very comfortable. A short 10 min walk for the ferry, Hotel was easily accessible to restaurants and buses, etc. Staff was friendly and we would return again!

Amazing stay! Location, facilities and staff was great. We appreciated fluent check-in with free room upgrade to Executive Suite, pool on the 1st floor and cleanliness of the entire premises. Sunset while enjoying the bubbles in rooftop jacuzzi was magical. Breakfast was tasty, with plenty of options. We cannot recommend this place enough, thank you for the hospitality!

This is not the most glamorous 4-star hotel in the world but it was still a lovely place to stay during our time in Forio. The rooftop terrace has magnificent views, particularly when the sun is setting. The staff were always very helpful and very nice. The room was well air-conditioned and spacious.

We loved our stay at Hotel Nettuno in Forio. The hotel has a fantastic rooftop terrace with views of Chiesa Soccorso and the water on one side and the mountain and town on the other side. A two minute walk from blocks of shopping and outdoor restaurants. There is a taxi stand with fixed rates close to the hotel. We would stay here again.

An Absolute Gem
I have visited the Island of Ischia every summer for many years because of it's beauty and incredible beaches and I always stay at this hotel. It is absolutely beautiful, located at the top of a hill right near the Forio city center. The rooms are always immaculate (The TVs could be larger, that's my only concern) and comfortable. They are modern, with up to date bathroom amenities with great views from the balcony/terraces whether it's a beach view or city view. There is a small indoor pool and a fantastic rooftop jacuzzi which is absolute heaven on a hot day! Breakfast is served in a comfortable dining room on the main level with a large variety of breakfast selections to choose from including a great Bruschetta that I ate every morning and the best cappucino on the island! I cannot say enough about the staff.....very friendly and hardworking and they always remember me and treat me as part of their family. Many thanks always to the owners and to Domenico, Giuseppe, Rosa, Maria, Clara and Luigi for always looking out for me and for their excellent service. I will be returning next summer as always.

A GEM!
This hotel is tops in Ischia! From the gracious staff to the comfort and convenience to Forio center and the beach, I cannot recommend a better spot in the area. It's my fourth visit there and I am always welcomed with enthusiasm and care. The rooftop jacuzzi is a BIG plus. Very clean and well maintained! Many thanks to Domenico and Luigi and the owner for their attention. And to all who served me breakfast in the morning, I look forward to visiting you again next summer!

Great hotel in Forio
This hotel was a nice surprise. The room is tastefully decorated, with a nice bathroom and good aircon. The breakfast is nice with fruit, breads, baked gods and yogurt. The ladies that run the breakfast are very nice. The front desk professional and helpful. The rooftop deck is nice but the pool is more like a small jacuzzi. Central to town. Would definitely stay again!

Our stay in Forio
The hotel was in an excellent position overlooking the sea. Near all local bars restaurants and shops. Suprisingly quiet at night even though on main road. Hotel in the middle of everything. Easy to access with car or by bus or on foot from ferry stop. Staff couldn't do enough for you, breakfast was plentiful and varied continental style. Already looking to come back and will definitely book this hotel again .

Noisy staff woke us up at 6am 3 out of 4 mornings
We were in room 21 and there is a roof top patio directly above us with a tile floor and heavy cast iron furniture. Three out of four mornings the staff member was up there dragging that metal furniture across the tile floor to sweep and water the plants. This went on for quite some time and I had to get out of bed at 6 AM and go upstairs and asked him to please be quiet. When I called the front desk the third time to complain I was told it is the policy of the hotel for the staff to clean this tile floor at this time! Absolutely ridiculous! If I was making that kind of noise at 6 AM they would be at our door asking us to be quiet. If you stay in this hotel make sure you tell them you do not want to stay in room 21 which is directly under this rooftop terrace. The management of the hotel should change their policy about when this patio is cleaned as dragging metal furniture across the tile floor directly over someone's head at 6 o'clock in the morning is absolutely ignorant

Great location and lovely rooms
Lovely hotel and made to feel very welcome by the staff. Very well located at the bottom of the main shopping street with lots of restaurants near by. Was worth the little bit extra for a superior sea view as it had a balcony and was at the front and top of the hotel. Would definitely recommend staying here in Forio, especially if you can get a good price.

Great hotel, perfect location, very friendly staff
Stayed for 9 nights in July, great room (paid extra for sea facing, definitely worth it for stunning sunsets on the balcony!) perfect size for 2, we had room 35 which actually has a balcony off the room and another off the bathroom which is great for keeping drying clothes out of the way (each room has a drying rack which is a great extra). Hotel is in a great location, 5minute walk to the port, supermarket, lovely town and restaurants (of which there are many and all highly recommended). Hotel also has a sister hotel Tritone which you can get a bus to (7mins) or walk (25mins), it's quite in the middle of nowhere but has a great area for sunbathing by the pools or over looking the sea or on the beach, also has restaurant and bar, wifi etc - we went for a few days for the poolside sunbathing and beach. Nettuno has a great roof terrace one side overlooks the sea and the other a backdrop to the green landscape of the island. Its large and when we were there hardly anyone used it. Great breeze from the sea and a small jacuzzi which actually has lovely cool water - a bit awkward if someone else is using it though as very small! Also a snack bar which opens for a few hours at lunch and I believe the evening, lovely looking food although we didn't eat there. Staff (all beautiful!) very friendly and helpful and very knowledgable about the island and transport. My only niggle was the wifi not reaching the rooms or roof terrace, otherwise highly recommend this hotel to

Lovely view but beside a busy road
We received a lovely welcome and the staff were friendly. Our armchair was removed from the room one morning by the cleaners and we weren't told why or given a replacement. The biggest downside to this hotel was that check out was 10am. Breakfast hadn't even finished at that time! It was very early to check out. We had a superior sea view room and had a spectacular sunset view every evening.

Great hotel with the exception of the AC control in the room not working as it should. Played with it until I got some AC although it didn't work well at all in the bedroom of the suite. Also Wi-fi in room didn't work. Location of the hotel is unbelievable. View of the ocean and sunset make this hotel one of the best on our vacation, in fact we wish we had stayed more nights here! You walk up the street 100 meters and your in the middle of town. If you go there at 4pm, it looks dead. Come back after 9pm and it full of life. We had so much fun there eating dinner and shopping in the evening when it's cool. Be sure to get some gelato from the vendors in the street! Best we had in Italy and cheap! Breakfast at the hotel is average. They are quick to make your coffee and bring it to your table and its good!
