This rustic gem is equipped with all your essential needs and boasts an open floor plan that exudes both harmony and comfort. In addition to being adjacent to Camp Creek State Park, this 53-acre property is surrounded by a vast array of natural wonders. So, book your stay today and let the soothing woods embrace you!

Our 400 sq ft studio-style cottage includes:

• Living Area: queen-size bunk beds, single sofa bed, smart TV, stereo and board games
• Kitchenette: toaster oven, stove, microwave, small fridge/freezer, dishes/cooking utensils, coffee bar, dining table, wine glasses and pantry items
• Bathroom: shower and toiletries
• Outdoor Area: uncovered deck

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
• Our driveway offers three complimentary parking spots and an extra space for a trailer
• The gravel road will lead you on a scenic yet vigorous hike to the pond, picnic spot and towards Camp Creek
• Guests will need to use their own log-ins to access Netflix and other streaming services through the smart TVs
• Black bear sightings are common in this area. However, keep a safe distance, lock your car doors, avoid feeding them and leaving trash, food or toiletries outside
• Please note that to provide host and guest liability and damage protection, you will receive a secure link upon booking to complete a virtual check-in through a guest portal. A pre-authorization of $300 will be held on your credit card 7 days ahead of check-in until check-out

Nice property, very secluded and quiet. Cabin was quite nice, small and cozy but perfect for what we needed. Lots of sights to see and trails to hike close by.

The cottage was clean, tastefully decorated, and quiet. A very pleasant stay. The one drawback was the water smelled like sulphur and didn’t taste very good, thankfully there were plenty of dollar generals nearby to buy water at.

Great stay!! 🏔️
Quaint little stay! Seems small, but holds a lot. Perfect for four close friends. Fast trip to Winterplace which is why we came. Pictures didn’t show, but you have neighbors which was nice! Everything we needed for a 4 day trip was there! Would deff stay again and it was quick and easy to get in contact with someone if you needed! Thanks for a nice little house :)

Very satisfied
This property is tucked back into the woods and it’s definitely worth the drive. Perfect cabin to get away for the weekend or the week you will definitely be comfortable . Super short drive to winter place which is super convenient. If you do plan on coming with larger groups, this property has other rentals that will accommodate definitely will pursue this property if I want to go back to winter place or to ride the Hatfield and McCoy trails. My experience with the property manager has been amazing. Super good with contact and will handle any problems that may arise all in all experience 10 out of 10.
