After making a reservation I was called and told that there was no parking because they were working on the parking lot. I did not have enough time to reserve another hotel at a decent rate but I feel like staff should have told me when I made the reservation I would not be able to park in their parking lot. I have a disability and it was really hard getting my items to the hotel. Then when I called I asked what they served for breakfast because I like sausage and eggs and they told me they had sausage and eggs as a part of the buffet but the sausage was not breakfast sausage it was italian link sausage that looked like chopped up hotdogs. The beds did not look like they did in the photos and were missing the blanket at the bottom of the bed.

While all of the staff were friendly, Jessica at the front desk really helped make our stay enjoyable. Her quick and friendly customer service was really appreciated as she recommended a great restaurant, Shamus Steakhouse, and always had a smile. Their hot tub there was also truly hot, not just luke-warm like most places. It was a great place to stay!

This hotel is amazing! The concierge and staff were extremely friendly and checking in was very easy. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool and vym were pristine. The breakfast was delightful and i highly recommended this hotel.

Clean inside and outside. Great buffet breakfast selections - never empty. Staff in all areas were professional, friendly and welcoming. Need keycard to enter all building entrance for safety. However, the back door is not locked.

Good place to stay.
This is a good place to stay for a few days. It's not a luxury place but the breakfast is decent and it's pretty quiet. It seems to smell like pot when you first walk in.

Great Bang for your Buck!
I was really happy with my experience at this hotel. Jessica, the assistant manager, is absolutely on top of it and a very great person to work with. Gave us some great ideas of what to do in the areas. Breakfast was great, loved the waffles. The only downside for me was the really hard beds, I woke up each day with some backpain but besides that, it was a great experience.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The TV channel options were subpar, definitely need more options. Towels were very soft and white! Beds and bedding were also very comfortable-they put the Comfort in Comfort Inn. This was a great value especially over the holidays. I would recommend for a quick stay over.
