"Dorris was on hand to greet us when we arrived and made sure everything was ok with the room etc... It was a flying visit for us so we didn't need much. Breakfast was served at a time of our choosing in the morning with plenty of choice and catered to the family wonderfully."

"Pros: location, history of building, comfort of bed. Impressive water pressure for 2nd floor. Nice tea setup with biscuits. Great blackout curtains: I didn’t even realize there were streetlights outside my window until I opened the curtains at night. Neutral: Has a physical key, not a keycard, which makes no difference to me. Window opens a little and you can request a fan. Cons: not very clean-looking. Carpet clearly needs to be deep cleaned or replaced. Bathroom looks like it was renovated...
