Located on locally trendy Broughton street, and only a few steps from the incredible new St James Quarter with luxury shopping, trendy food, and entertainment, plus the Playhouse theatre. Walk from Waverly Train Station, Picardy Tram stop, or The Royal Mile & Edinburgh Castle, George Street and The Royal Botanic Gardens. This flat is your city centre oasis, a cozy place to kick your feet up and have a cuppa (tea). The lounge has a cushy, oversized corner sofa and chic modern decor. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up the local fishmonger's daily catch. The bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements; primary one is a super king bed with private office or snug space, primary two offers two single beds or connect them to make a king bed plus private ensuite shower and toilet, bedrooms three is a single bed plus private ensuite shower and toilet. Checking in was super easy and the Host even let us in a few hours early. The restaurant across the street had the best food of all the places we ate at for our 14 day trip. It was ran by 2 guys from Turkey (Amazing)The VRBOP was super clean and enough room for all of us - the space next door was being renovated and they never bothered us a bit. We would recommend this place for up to 7 people it has 3 Bedrooms and couch if you needed it, plenty of bath rooms too. Thanks for great stay RTG - From VA
