Staff were indifferent to the point of rudeness . Far too expensive for what it was - not great location, well worn ( which is fine but not when it’s combined with areas of dirt) , not everything in the room Worked eg light bulbs needed replacing

The hotel was close to some shops, restaurants, and public transportation stops. The room was clean, however the shower's head was loose and the bathroom had a nasty smell.

The park opposite the hotel was very nice. Pretty far away from the next bus stop to downtown, the price was much too high for the limited room, the window was very dirty and almost every time a big tourist bus standing right in front. The room was pretty dark with no suitable light for reading in bed. No really good advice from the receptionist for heading with public traffic downtown.

Blood on walls requested double bed was given a room with 2 single beds together I now have very sore back and it really has affected my mental health as I suffer from depression and I have spent over 100 pounds on a hotel room

After paying 120 £ for a night I expect a clean room but room was not cleaned Shower was not working properly and I reported that as well but of course I will not wait until they repair because I was there just for a day.

Arrived to be ignored by the receptionist, room was old and really not for for purpose, it’s 2024 and not a plug socket or a usb anywhere near the bed and the bedside tables were miles away from the actual bed anyway! The complimentary shower gel was empty, and shower was pretty poor. No extra pillows if needed, at breakfast the food was average at best, no real coffee just sachets and an urn of hot water, I would of expected at least a decent coffee in the morning for the price of breakfast not a sachet. The orange juice was empty and not refilled, on checkout 3 colleagues just stood there talking to each other as I was waiting to check out, I wasn’t acknowledged at all, eventually I had to interrupt them to check out, I just think in 2024 I would have expected better, I won’t be back

Quite a tired hotel, furniture was very old and worn. However, it was easy to get to using public transport and has easy access to the city centre. Had issues with noise in our room with air conditioners and lift machine rooms being audible from our room. Good rates compared to other local hotels.

I was very disappointed with this hotel. I expected a better experience for the price I paid. The staff is not well trained or attentive. The server at breakfast is rude and unfriendly. The pictures of the hotel in the website are different of what it really looks like. The room I stayed was clean but very basic. No fridge. Wi-Fi and breakfast are available at extra charges.

my room was not cleaned. there was hair in the bathtub, pee on the bottom of the toilet, i found pills and empty zin packages under my bed, handprints on the wall, dirty shower curtain, etc. staff was nice but overall, i felt disgusted in my room. don’t stay here.

The hotel itself was shabby but not unclean. The room was very large and had plenty of storage and a good shower. Bed was alright. Heating worked but made some noises at night. My room was lower ground and there was no lift to that level. There’s one bus every hour that stops right across from the hotel. Besides that you have to walk at least 10 minutes for a bus.

Upon arrival we found black mould, damaged toilet seat, walls, sink, drugs on the side of the table. Dirty towels In bathroom. All in the room that was £94 a night! Spoke to staff they are far more concerned with their own conversations with other staff. Was even laughed at by staff at one point when raising an issue. Would not recommend this to anyone

Personally me and my partner absolutely loved everything abot the hotel. Our room was amazing and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were all very helpful and we will definitely be coming back to stay.
