Oh no Terence/ Rachel! What did we do wrong by you? It is devastating for us when we simply have not been able to satisfy a guest of ours or even begin to understand what what the issue might have been. I have also looked back through our feedback forms from rooms (we keep them all so that we might correspond to our guests when they comment of give us feedback) and could not find one from your room on the dates you were here.So - we are sorry for whatever we did that meant your stay was not great.Adrienne,Chris & Kent
