Short stay
Receptionist guy was very helpful with check in and with all our queries late night. We had a great breakfast and I must mention the waiter from Madrid was very kind. The only negative thing is the expensive car park.

Fantastic business-oriented hotel. Very kind and helpful staff. Rooms are fairly basic but extremely clean and comfortable. Emphasis on energy efficiency- a big plus for me. Breakfast highly recommended- found myself looking forward to it every morning. Can’t wait to stay again!

Very nice new hotel
The place was very good! Very clean, nice breakfast, and very kind. I think this hotel is the best in the area. One thing ai hope they can improve: During the daytime, it is not possible to stay in the room quiet. All the sounds of closing doors and cleaning rooms are very well transferred.

Brand new property. Minutes away from train station. Very friendly reception service. Nespresso machine in the room-a huge plus for me :) Very good value for money.

Dueren stopover for Covid travel test
Very much a business hotel with boutique styling, although this is not always practical. Basic rooms place washing and toilet areas in the same space as the beds with only frosted glass partitions. Obviously the designer liked the idea but it won’t be to everyone’s liking

Inconveniences of modern design
Nice clean modern room, too modern in fact. The shower and toilet are glass cubicles so no privacy and if someone needs to use the toilet during the night, the light will wake the other person up for sure.

Modern clean hotel
Lovely hotel, air conditioned, very modern. Nice breakfast and strict distance and sanitising rules. There’s a lovely sushi place down the road too.

Great place to stay when driving through.
New hotel therefore the condition of all facilities was expected to be high. Check-in extremely good friendly service, very helpful. Bar / restaurant service, normal we are just doing a job service...could have been a lot more friendlier and welcoming. Room was in good condition and very clean. Wanted to shoot the fountain outside though, too loud, too early, too much.

Newly built facility. Very clean and modern. Staff friendly and helpful. Couldn’t seem to figure out where to hang bath towels. Lighting difficult to control if sharing room with someone and one of us wanted dim lighting while in bed and other person in shower or using toilet facilities needing light since room is open concept.

Leider ein Zimmer mit Fenster zur Hauptstraße bekommen, durch das Nachbargebäude wurde der Lärm verstärkt, ging dann nur mit geschlossenem Fenster über Nacht, ansonsten alles gut

The room was very cold, the heaters were not working , i don't recommend people to choose this hotel for this price

Dear Guest, thank you for your comments here. We would have helped you if you would have give us the information of your discomfort during your stay. Our heaters are working in winter all the time, but we are a new building with very efficient automatic systems. If the outside temperature is too warm or if you have an openend window the heater is not working. We can overrule this energy optimization so that your heater will work allthough the weather ist to warm. Please contact reception desk if you have any discomfort in future. Modern hotel,kleine kamer. Badkamer in de kamer, geen thee zet faciliteit. Hele warme kamer met klein raam. Tegenvallende accomodatie!
