We very much enjoyed our time in Villa Wolff. The staff were exceptional, nothing was too much trouble . The room was basic but clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was really good and plentiful. The location was in my opinion really good, it was very near the beach and being pedestrianised it was pleasant to walk up the street looking for different places to eat. It was convenient for the bus to travel to Dubrovnik and not far too walk to the port.. Despite being close to everything it was also very peaceful and had a lovely terrace to sit and have a welcome beer.

Never recommend to anyone - worn out
Old and tied sums up the Hotel. Staff are worn out just like the building . No lift was mentioned in add but four flight of external stairs was Definitely not. Carrying suitcases up these was ridiculous. Hotel runs by a few names so check all reviews under all names before committing to this villa . Boutique hotel - Bathroom old and gritty towels weee threadbear. Quality of breakfast was appalling Quality of tea and coffee a disgrace .

Cozy hotel right on the water. Amazing views and wonderful staff! Would highly recommend if you are looking to escape large crowded hotels. This place is very cute and quaint.

A bit of the old world with the best views
We enjoyed 3 nights at this comfortable hotel. The breakfasts were good including a cooked option which saw us through the day. The location of the hotel is fabulous! It was just what we wanted to come back to at the end of the day and we enjoyed glorious, tranquil views while eating breakfast each morning. The staff were friendly and helpful when asked for something. No kettle in the room though which may have been nice to have. I would go back for another stay.

So highly recommended . Gorgeous terrace for relaxing and having breakfast . Very clean Villa full of character and in a superb position at Lapad . I would come back and have no hesitation to recommend it .

A great little hotel in a good place out of the old town. 10 minute bus ride to the city centre. Above is own excellent, if a little pricey, restaurant - but we chose to eat there as the food was so good.

Hotel Wolff exceeded our expectations
The staff really couldn't have been kinder,considerate, personable or more helpful. The boutique hotel is on top of the family villa and up quite a lot of steps. The staff knew when we were arriving and someone was kindly on hand to carry up our luggage. We had a stunning sea view suite with a balcony - it was much better than the images we'd looked up and fresh fruit was put in our room daily. The bay we looked out onto has a lot going on and is quite family orientated. It's safe to swim in but if you, like us, want peace and quiet then you can access the sea from the rocks to the right of the hotel if you have your back to it via basic steel ladders. A large modern hotel was just being completed and opened the day before we left. I hope it won't spoil the charm of Hotel Wolff because it oozes it.

Great hotel, if not for the construction.
The hotel itself was great. There are only a few rooms, so you are not bothered by people as much. There is a wonderful terrace to sit on and enjoy a view of the beach. Our room (Kosmos) had a private balcony that was superb, overlooking the bay. The service in the hotel is excellent. They provide a morning breakfast as well, nothing too spectacular, but solidly good. The only problem with our stay was the construction directly next door. They are building a huge hotel, and our bedroom windows faced construction, so we woke up to jack hammer drilling at 6:30 in the morning on our last day. Not pleasant. We just left, but were quite agitated. However, we overheard another guest, who just started his stay, complaining about the clearly foreseeable noise and asking to cancel the rest of the reservation, which the staff was not happy with.

Chose a good hotel!!
The room was quiet pleasant & the area is really very nice. If you have a lot of luggage as we did, just note there is a long walk from the road & then a steep flight of stairs, fhough the hotel were very helpful & allowed us to leave tge bulk of our cases below. Its a really praceful spot & very convenient. Aloysius & all the staff ate very helpful indeed and couldn't have done more to help us with our various needs. Very sincere too. We had to oay an extra €50 for the kids which is apparently standard in the area, however they charged us just a nominal fee instead. There are great restaurants just up the street and one at the hotel itself which is extremely popular as its right on the waterfront. All in all a pleasant stay. The room was clean and pleasant, perhaps time to upgrade to flatscreen TV's and a few other embelisjments in the foyer / balcony area.

Stayed in Kosmos room which had a great little balcony, with a fantastic view of the sea and was great for watching the sun set. What was awful though was the condition of the carpet in the room; it was filthy!!!!! Located by the sea, it would make sense to have tiles throughout which would be way easier to keep clean and be sanitary. The carpet ruined the 1st impression of the room which was too bad. Otherwise, a pretty good location. I was fortunate, they helped me up the stairs with my luggage (there are 60 steps). ..... Good exercise otherwise. Also, would pass on the hotel restaurant; pricey for what you get. Lots of other options in the area.

Beautiful Dubrovnik
Fantastic stay. Unfortunately, stayed only three nights. I stayed in the Olympus room which had a balcony with sea and beach views. All staff were friendly , helpful and fantastic. After being in a cramped room in Istanbul for several days, I felt I was in heaven. Not only a comfy bed, but a separate lounge area / 2nd bedroom as well. Ate every night at the resteraunt downstairs. The seafood was absolutely divine. A few steps away from the main beach and few more for secluded spots. 20 minutes by bus to the old town. I found it such a relief to return to such a peaceful environment at the end of the day. The only negative I have is that reception was at times left unattended and with keys within easy reach over the counter, wasn't confidence boosting. I'm sure they have probably never had a problem, but it is my only criticism of hotel Villa Wolff. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent retreat, superb views
We really enjoyed our stay. It was our first trip to Dubrovnik, and the hotel was a superb retreat and very pleasant place to stay. The help was kind, helpful and low-key in all the best ways ( assisted with bags, recommendations for sightseeing, taxi service, ice for a gift of champagne, Fex Ex help) and the setting of the property is superb. We will return.

Hotel in lapad Bay Croatia
This is a small cosy hotel with a terrace overlooking the sea where you can have breakfast.The restaurant is idyllic with a range of dishes for all tastes .The Hotel is quite difficult to find as it is in a pedestrianised area and the instructions were unclear and did not identify where the parking was located .The only access to the hotel is via a long flight of stairs so this could be prohibitive to some people.The staff are very friendly and keen to make your stay a pleasant experience.The hotel is nestled in the bay where there are ample restaurants and bars but is secluded enough to offer tranquility and relaxation

Ein kleines stressfreies Hotel.Bei der Ankunft würden uns sofort unsere Koffer in die Zimmer getragen.Wir hatten einen Balkon mit einer herrlichen Aussicht in die Bucht.Viel Platz und in dem Bett könnte man sehr gut schlafen.Da es in der Fussgängermaile liegt ist nachts himmlische Ruhe.Im Bad hat auf der Wann leider die Abtrennung gefehlt so das es beim Duschen immer überall nass wurde.Leider hat auch ein Safe im Zimmer gefehlt.Beim Frühstück könnte man sich aus einer Karte leckere Sonderwünsche zubereiten lassen,top👍würde es wieder buchen da man sich nicht als Massenabfertigung fühlt.

Meillä oli niin ihana loma. Hotellin henkilökunta oli niin ystävällistä ja auttavaista, sängyt mukavat, tilat siistit ja maisemat henkeäsalpaavat! Auringonottoterassi on valtava ja rantapyyhkeet hotellinpuolesta. Aamiainen on taivaallinen, munakkaat tehdään toiveidesi mukaan. Hedelmiä on paljon ja kaikkea muutakin. Joka päivä tuoreita hedelmiä tuotiin hotellihuoneeseemme, huonepalvelu ja puhtaat pyyhkeet joka päivä. Ihanuus alkoi jo lentokentältä, kun aurinkoinen ihana hotellin järjestämä kyyti nouti meidät ja palautti myös paluussa :) Hotelli on huikaisevan kauniilla paikalla, rauhallinen sijainti sekä hotelli.

Nice little Hotel close to the beach
We have only good things to say. about this little hotel It is an extraordinary nice place to stay if you like to stay near Dubrovnik. It is much better to stay a bit outside as the town itself as is crowded and has steep stairs most everywhere in many streets and allys The only drawback is perhaps the long stairs up to the entrance of our hotel. The staff is however very helpful and will help if you tell tell the people in the fine restaurant on the bottomfloor that you have arrived. The hotel is practically situated on the water so close is it. There's a promenade that goes all along the shore just outside and the beach is just outside with fantastic clear blue water and you have a wonderful view from the terrace where you have your breakfast.

Die Suite mit Balkon muss es sein!
Für uns jedenfalls war der kleine Balkon täglich mehrmals die Schnittstelle zum Entspannen. Aber auch sonst haben wir eine wunderschöne Woche in der Lapad-Bucht genossen. Wen etwas Livemusik direkt unter dem Balkon oder den DJ vom gegenüberliegenden Buchtufer nicht stört und wer sich vom stolzen HS-Zimmerpreis nicht abschrecken lässt, trifft mit diesem charmanten Boutique-Hotel sicher in die sympathische Mitte der Dubrovnik-Region.

Trevligt med bra läge och frukost
Jag och en kompis delade rum. Vi trivdes jättebra. Alla som jobbade på hotellet var supertrevliga och hotellet var väldigt bra beläget. Övriga fördelar var den fina gemensamma terassen och den supergoda frukostar. Det som drar ner betyget från 5 till 4 är det lilla rummet utan egen balkong.

l’hôtel est compose de six chambres et cela donne un charme très prononce. Les lieux sont propres et le service est impeccable. De plus la vue est magnifique et l'emplacement est idéal a quelques pas de la mer, des promenades, c’était tout simplement genial

Zwei schöne Wochen im Hotel Villa Wolff
Wir haben uns im Hotel für volle 14 Tage aufgehalten und glauben eine faire Beurteilung abgeben zu können. Die Lage vom Hotel ist ideal, direkt am Wasser. Zum Strand, er liegt in Blickweite, keine 80 m Fußweg entfernt. Kieselstrand, daher Badeschuhe nicht vergessen. Nur die beiden Zimmer mit Balkon haben direkten Blick zur Seeseite. Anreise mit Pkw nicht sehr forteilhaft, da zum Hotel keine direkte Zufahrt möglich ist. Der Zugang zum Hotel ist nur noch aus der Richtung vom Wasser her möglich. Am Hotel ist auch keine Parkmöglichkeit gegeben. Ca. 250 m entfernt im Parkhaus und da sehr teuer. Andere Möglichkeit, gleiche Entfernung auf einem öffentlichen Parkplatz, auch über Nacht, tägliche Ein- und Ausfahrt nur in der Zeit von 10:30 bis 19:00 Uhr. Preis akzeptabel, Abrechnung über das Hotel. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und auch in jeder Situation sehr hilfsbereit. Zimmerservice o.k. Frühstück ausreichend und auf der Terrasse mit Meeresblick unter Palmen, in aller Ruhe, genossen. TV-Programme/Sender für jede Interessenlage in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden. WiFi kostenfrei und tatsächlich sehr schnell. Die Klima-Anlage für unsere beiden Räume o.k.und auch vom Geräuschpegel her akzeptabel. Das Hotel ist mit sechs Zimmern nicht sehr groß, dieses hatte für uns einen besonderen Reiz. Wir werden hier mit Sicherheit einen weiteren Urlaub verbringen.

Kein eigener Parkplatz, öffentliche Parkplatz etwa 300 m entfernt, man muss durch Fußgängerzone das Hotel suchen. Hudert Treppen müssen erklommen werden, nicht für ältere oder schwache Menschen! Insbesondere da man das Gepäck selber hinaufschleppen muss. Empfang chaotisch, Zimmer nicht bereit da man die Reservierung nicht fand. Schmutzige Teppiche. Frühstück gut wenn man es a la Karte bestellt. Garten Terrasse sehr schön.

Chambre très petites, sans piscine, le personnel ne s'applique pas beaucoup malgré que ce soit un petit hôtel de seulement 6 chambres. A notre arrivée, on nous a donné une chambre où la cabine de douche était cassée ! Nous avons donc fait nos premières nuits dans une autre chambre. La dernière nuit nous somme retournés dans la chambre où la cabine de douche était cassée. Celle-ci était "réparé" mais la moquette de la chambre n'avait pas nettoyé #bout de bois retrouvé sur le sol#. Le buffet du petit déjuener est très petit et la carte n'a pas un grand choix non plus. Il n'y a que le petit-déjeuner servis dans cet hôtel, heureusement car même ça n'étais pas super #oeuf à la coque raté#, sauf le thé et le jus d'orange étaient bien... . Aux personnes qui vont à Dubrovnik, je conseille de prendre un grand hôtel où ils sont obligés d'avoir une meilleure organisation et aussi avec piscine. A cette hôtel, nous avions la vue sur la piscine de l'hôtel à côté. Il y a la plage à 20 pas mais ce sont des plages de cailloux.

Fantastisk location ved Lapad stranden og nærme restauranter. Kun 70 kr med taxi til gamlebyen. Nydelig kyststi fra hotellets nedside. Der ligger også en veldig god sjømatrestaurant. Ellers veldig god service(jeg stod opp en natt fordi jeg var sulten og da kom resepsjonisten med yoghurt og fruktfat til meg!)- utrolig hyggelig betjening, nydelig frokost-setting..litt fransk rivierafølelse med utsikt utover. Rommene er små med vegg til vegg tepper som kunne vært byttet ut. Ellers veldig bra! Kan anbefales for dem som ikke er så glad i store hotell og vil ha litt privacy.

God service og beliggenhet
Vi avsluttet bryllupsreisen vår her, og var svært fornøyde. Upåklagelig service. God frokost, ble litt skuffet over at man måtte betale tillegg for fersk appelsinjuice, men det er jo en bitteliten detalj. Vi hadde rom med vindu ut mot sjøen, og det var litt bråkete noen netter, men det må man regne med i slike områder. Anbefaler likevel et rom med vindu inn mot bakgården. Det aller beste var imidlertid restauranten i 1 etasje hvor det serveres utmerket sjømat og desserter. Vi hørte også fra andre at kjøttrettene var gode. For den som er glad i å sole seg usjenert ligger hotellet rett i nærheten av områder der det går an å finne badeplasser hvor man er tilnærmet alene hvis man leter litt.
