"Dirty rooms. Staff from ukraine :/ food acceptable but nothing special"

"Hotel is on outskirts of town and is mainly a resort with cabins and basketball courts and a small sandy beach on lakeside. Area is beautiful but for a "business" traveler this hotel doesn't offer. WiFi poor. Room small and there was two single beds in my room which were fold up beds that were so low to ground its difficult to get up from. The walls separating each rooms were paper thin and I could hear conversations in next room. Breakfast was good with buffet style where you went across...

"Firstly, I felt for the price that the hotel represented very good value for money and it was centrally located in the town. The welcome offered at reception was always helpful and the staff always made an effort to engage. The free breakfast was of a good quality and I felt safe and comfortable during my stay. There were though on-going problems with the wi-fi and housekeeping didn't seem to take place at all. The room could have also have been cleaner as it didn't appear to have been...

"The food is not very good (there is a nice restaurant a few minutes round the lake), and the online ordering could be easier to use. Not very friendly service, and limited pool access (1 hour if you stay two nights). Nice location though."
