"Our stay was great, the staffs too. The only part we didn’t like was that it was too noisy every were, restaurant too crowded and my wife couldn’t sleep because of the noise in the corridor and nearby rooms. "I stay in this hotel regularly. At least 2 times a year. So I’m a regular. I’ve paid for late checkout on numerous occasions. This time, I asked for late checkout. It was granted till 2pm, which I appreciated. But I do wonder why, as a regular, the hotel does not make an effort to gain my loyalty by offering me a late checkout at 6pm once a while. "
