Loved the property, condo and the view. To be across the road from the beach, the view did not disappoint. I appreciated the host being very helpful with a special request I had upon arrival. I hope I can stay here again next time.

Me and my family really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and the check in process was easy. I had a few queations on some things and the response time was great. Nothing major. The pictures were very accurate. We will definitely be back next year

Great Location and Host

We had a great stay at this place. The location is amazing with beautiful pool and ocean view, and one minute walking distance to the beach. The host is very helpful and made sure we can get all information needed during our stay.

Wonderful stay!

Great place the only complaint I have is that the kitchen table / chairs had food and crumbs left on them and the floors still felt very sandy but that’s what happens at the beach! Over all great stay! Great location!

Amazing property!

The condo and facilities here were amazing! The unit was very clean and well maintained. The pool area was a favorite for our kids, it is beautifully landscaped. The only thing I wish they had was hangers. We had a huge walk in closet but only 2 hangers. So if you want to hang stuff, bring some hangers! Will stay here again!

Great Condo

We only spend one night here but really liked the condo. It was very clean, beds we comfortable, the view from the balcony was awesome and we were within walking distance to the back porch which is one of my favorite places to eat in Destin. Would definitely recommend this condo.

Weekend trip to Eglin AF

We had so much fun. Close proximity to the beach. The grounds and the room was beautiful. We initially went for the AF family & friends but that somehow was cancelled so we made the best of it. Go-karting was very close, shopping and restaurants were easy to get too.

My husband and I went on a quick getaway. We had a wonderful stay. Weather was awesome! The place was beautifully decorated and clean. Our host was great. We were able to get in touch with them and received a quick response when needed to ask a question.

Very Pleased

The property was excellent with two beautiful pools, one of them even heated, which was so nice in November. The unit was beautifully furnished and extremely comfortable. Best of all, when I messaged the host with questions, I received immediate replies every time. It was a great weekend vacation.

Moms weekend

It was such a delightful place to stay. I loved the balcony in the morning and evenings, staring at the ocean and seeing dolphins (in the am) and relaxing. The walk to the beach was a hop, skip, and jump - super easy and close. The lagoon pool was fantastic to swim in and lay by. The host was superb. Answered questions within minutes, and so wonderful!

Book the trip!

This is it! Perfect location, great for families with small children or people looking to relax. Private beach access, close to the back porch. Adult pool as well. Clean room and a super accommodating host. You won’t be disappointed.

This was my daughter’s Sweet 16 Retreat with two of her friends. We arrived a bit late and our code wouldn’t work but Owner was very quick to help. The girls wanted to change into their suits and go hit the lagoon style pool that my daughter fell in love with which is one of the reasons for booking. To our surprise the pool was completely empty. The following morning close to 8am they started Jack hammering the pool with loud equipment and the balconies were being renovated so we could not use. The other pool we were told was heated but it was not. Overall we made the best of it but I know she was disappointed and of course that made me sad for her.

Awesome Vacation!

The condo was perfect for my family of four. It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The view is amazing! The resort is beautiful and very well kept. The beach access is a short walk and the pools are nice. No problems with parking and I like the gates with codes for security. The location is within 10 min from most attractions and The Back Porch is directly behind resort, it’s delicious! My family would definitely book again!

Frustrating process

Drove all the way from Atlanta and could not enter the property with the provided code. Could not reach the host. Then was speaking with VRBO customer service for about 2 hours because I kept getting disconnected. Host finally contacted me 4 hours after I initially contacted him, but I had already left.
