Conveniently located, very clean and quiet, lots of character and historic yet modernized, with multiple restaurants, a 24 hour gym, and lots of perks and amenities. It’s my favorite place to stay in Denver. There is some onsite construction at the time which they notified me of before my stay which detracts a little from the overall experience but otherwise it was perfect.

Room was very overpriced and not what was depicted when I booked. No view. Window was so high up couldn’t see out. Room layout super weird. Would not stay at location again.

Our room faced the train station. We asked the person that checked us in if it was noisy from the train. He told us it wasn’t. We barely slept because the bells announcing the next train ran all night and the toilet refilled itself every 30 minutes all night long. We were exhausted!

The room I booked looked different than the room I got. Not a huge deal, room was still nice. Room wasn’t super clean. Items from last guest were present under middle table between beds. You get courtesy rides to and from within 2 miles. Rides out excellent and smooth. Only requested once a ride back but not easy to get ahold of someone to make that happen. Took about 30 mins to get someone. But once I did only 10 mins. Last night power went out for at-least 4 hours, not one call from desk even after reported on the app they want you to use. Room service is the Uber Eats using staff. I would have preferred “room service”. Nice stay, great location! Even though I couldn’t give 5 stars, I’d try it again. Expedia wine bottle gift in the room was a great touch. Enjoyed this luxury bonus.

Super convenient taking Bustang from Frisco to Union Station and RTD A-Line to DIA. Comfortable bed and spacious bathroom - room really hot and hard to adjust temperature. 24 hr gym better than most hotel gyms (additional option to use Oxford hotel gym).

Overall the hotel location is nice Some of the staff was very helpful but some were limited in knowledge. Even if I was aware of the hotel fees, it came to a surprise of taxes that one of the staff could not explain clearly Mattress was too firm But I l still recommend the hotel

Perfect lodging to catch an 8 a.m. train! Many little bonuses like free coffee at a Union Station vendor. Staff was amazing and offered to store the luggage we didn't need in the room.

Great place to stay if taking an Amtrak train. Convenient to and from the airport. Building has great charm and rooms are compact but well laid out and modern.

Fantastic beautifully restored hotel in the center of everything Denver. they even have my favorite breakfast chain, Snooze, in the lobby along with a number of other fantastic restaurants, bars, and cafe's.

Best hotel in Denver!
Best hotel in Denver. Union Station is the Perfect location, train to airport right there. Restaurants, sports arenas, downtown all right there. Plus great restaurants and bars in Union Station

Everything was great, enjoyed our stay ! Parking not very convenient, it is with valet however it is pricey , ouch ! Albeit it is the city so certainly understandable. Love the Hotel, we didn’t always get our amenities which there might be a better way to manage that, but over all we had a great stay !

My wife I needed a relaxing evening on our own after a long Christmas weekend with the family. The Crawford in Union Station fit the bill. What a great hotel experience. Rooms are unique and epic. Christmas decorations were well done. The hotel staff is top notch as were the fine folks we met working the coffee shop, ice cream parlor, Terminal bar, Snooze and Stoic. Wish we had time to try the other eating establishments in Union Station. The train that runs from Union Station to the airport is beyond convenient. Now my wife and I are looking for reasons to visit Denver more often.

Very pleasant stay
Beautiful loft room. Very quiet . Very clean. Comfy bed. Nice amenities with the hotel in Union Station. Would definitely stay again. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and kind and pleasant. Enjoyed that they offered early checkin since our room was ready. Bottle of wine in our room complimentary and free ice cream daily :) Highly recommend!
