Very good property. Water pressure was absolutely amazing! Pretty clean overall a good experience. Did have to request the floor be mopped due to it being sticky upon arrival and never got the washcloths we requested.

It was fine for what we needed. Easy shuttle to airport. Would have liked to have used the hot tub, but there was a ton of kids, (birthday party?) running amok in the facility, rendering it unwelcoming and useless to anyone else staying there.

I liked the hotel and the staff. The bar was convenient and the bartenders were friendly. The front desk workers are very amiable. The room could use an update; while it is spacious and comfortable, the furniture is a bit dated.

I thought the room was quite good -- spacious and clean. The price is right. My issues were minor. The bathrooms need a better, softer brand of toilet paper. The couch and chair (I have a King Suite) were dated and could use replacing. Other than that, the room was comfortable, the shower was nice and the hotel's service was solid. I would stay here again.

This hotel is the worst I have ever stayed at. Dirty carpet smells like pee, broken tvs, broken hot tub. These are just the minors things wrong with it. The first room they gave us was filthy because nobody cleaned it. Second room had no soap and tv was broken. I was booked for Friday through Sunday and was charged till Sunday. Saturday night around 8pm rolls around and the idiot at the front desk thought it would be a great idea just to walk into my room. She told us we were checked out. They decided to check us out but charge me for two nights. The day before that we ran into a lady in the elevator that said they booked her in a room that was already occupied and she walked in on two people doing you know what. Clearly they are running a scam at this hotel or they canf figure out how to book an unoccupied room. Joke was on them though because as a military member I have a great bank and they refunded my money back to me. Expedia is a joke and won’t do anything when u call them. They call the hotel which never answers so your complaint goes know where. Don’t stay here unless u want to be ripped off. I also heard they break into cars and the front desk could cared less (big shock) the security is a joke as well because all they do is sleep in their car. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else besides this scan trap disguised as a hotel. You have been warned. Don’t believe the high reviews either that’s how they got me. Just part of the scam!

This was possibly the worst stay I've had in a hotel. Definitely within the last 15 years. Only one single towel in the room. Glasses were dirty. Room smelled profusely of marijuana and was extremely stuffy. Took forever to get it to cool down and it was only like 60 outside. There were horrible noises all night, sounded like was in the wall. The tub leaked all night adding to the noise. Front desk was maybe understaffed? Stood in line multiple times trying to get extra towels and bedding as there was nothing in the room and when finally was up to the desk, the girl just left without Even acknowledging. Never got to inquire about parking or the shuttle because just never got to speak to a human once checked in. Never got another towel, not blankets for the pull out bed. Eventually grabbed picnic blankets from my vehicle to cover the mattress and try to crash. Have another stay booked because I thought it would be great location and will be trying my damnedest to cancel. What an awful uncomfortable night. Was able to get zero sleep before flight in the morning. Would never recommend!!

The front end staff was very nice, the place it self was not very clean, the lobby smelled like pee then when we got our room it was a dirty room so we had to switch to a different room, once we got the clean room we noticed it had a horrible smell coming from the bed it was as if the covers had not been changed after the previous guests

The main reason I chose Cambria hotel was the Hot tub, it wasn't working! I was celebrating my Birthday there. Nothing went right! I have Osteoarthritis in the lower back, the Hot tub would have really helped me. Sad!!

Awful experience! Checked in at 11pm. Given an occupied room key!… Went back to the front desk. All hotel staff gone except shuttle driver. Another guest had same experience - was given key to occupied room as well. Waited until midnight for hotel staff to show up and provide an available room. Felt very unsafe around the premises with my 9 year old daughter, lots of vulgarity from other highly intoxicated guests. Called Choice Hotels and they said there’s nothing they can do.. Never staying at Choice again. Avoid this property! I would rather sleep in my car.

I loved our room (size, layout, comfort, amenities). My partner said the bar staff was awesome, and we had a great check in. The water pressure in the shower was also really great! The things I wasn’t too fond of included the pool being dirty and freezing cold; the minimal towels in the room; not given a WiFi to connect to; our room phone was disconnected; and there being no bathroom fan.
