Charming 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with fenced yard and pergola located in Downtown Golden.
Our home is walking distance to South Table Mountain hiking, biking and more.
King bed, Queen bunk beds, and pull out couch. Two TVs, fully stocked kitchen and free private parking included.

Additionally we provide a fenced in back yard, mountain views and organic mattresses, cotton sheets and eco-friendly touches.

Perfect for any weekend getaway, digital nomad, or parent’s weekend at the Colorado School of Mines, this home is just a short walk to both campus and downtown Golden. There really is something for everyone in this incredible mountain town.

Grab a growler at Golden City Brewery (GCB) or breakfast burrito from Bonfire, and enjoy the front porch for neighbor-watching or private back-patio complete with fully fenced yard, grill, and delightful pergola.

After a long day of exploring, be sure to open the French doors onto the private, pergola covered patio, fire up the grill, and relax under the stars.

Bedroom 2: Bunkbed with 2 Queen sized organic Avocado mattresses and organic 100% cotton sheets.

2 Bathrooms both with cotton towels, blow-dryer, shampoo/conditioner & bodywash. (Non toxic soaps).
1 bathroom has tub and the other has a walk in shower.

We all enjoyed this house. We stayed for almost 2 weeks and this comfortable, welcoming house easily became our "home." You can't beat the location for access to downtown Golden and Highways 6 and 93. We would certainly stay there again.

I have stayed in a lot of VRBO's, and Jessica is one of the most responsive and helpful hosts I have experienced. The property is very cute and is walking distance to downtown Golden. The fenced-in backyard is a huge plus with dogs and it was reasonably priced. Thus, it is "highly recommended". We enjoyed our stay.

Great Location, Quaint Home

We had a nice stay in Golden and this home is as listed. It is an older home and some of the amenities are dated. If you are looking for comfort and quaint, this is it. We hope to return when the weather is warmer and enjoy the outdoor space.

Quaint and clean

We loved this house! The rooms were spacious and clean. The kitchen was stocked. The host was a great communicator. The house is older, with lots of charming details. It's very nicely decorated and very comfortable. We had such a great time. We were close to downtown Golden and got to experience the shops, restaurants, and Riverwalk. We also got to stay in, cook, eat together and play games. It was a little chilly to sit outside, but we did enjoy the views from the windows.

Nice house, great location

My son and I spent three nights at the house during a ski trip. The place was very comfortable and located close to town. One could easily walk downtown from the home.I really liked the kitchen. It is rare to see cast iron cookware in a rental, but we fried some steaks on it and they came out tasty.The beds were comfortable and the communication with the host was seemless. I would stay there again.

Great all around!!

We loved the cleanliness, location, lots of amenities!! The beds are super comfortable, our girls loved the queen sized bunk beds. Great outdoor space too! We would definitely stay here again!
