My concern here was every single night during our stay in this hotel, I heard the sounds of bed frame that was moved or arranged by the guest right above our room. We stayed here for a quick and easy night before going to nusa penida. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly, especially with our early check in. The pool was great to lounge by and the happy hour beers more then welcome. The mall next door was nice to pick up some quick items, and along a major road for transport to other spots. Loved the swinging egg chairs in the lobby while we waited on our grab. This hotel is part of the completely undesirable taxi mafia, so our grab driver got an earful when he picked us up.

Friendly staff and all the others are OK. Rooms was bit smaller than the expected one when check the pictures. Hotel menu is small and limited options specially desserts. Except those things all other are OK.

Very nice and clean hotel. Staff was very helpful. Buffet breakfast was excellent. The pool was really nice too. Hotel is located next to the shopping centre. I would stay in this hotel again. We really enjoyed our stay.

Staffs are very friendly. They are very quick in responding to any feedback/complaint. During my stay, I had a medical emergency. The staffs were very quick to respond and transported me to the hospital’s emergency department. They did not charge anything and said the vehicle facility is for the guests’ needs. Very impressed with their professionalism and prompt action to help guests in need.

Conveniently located closed to the airport. A good value for the price if you need to stay a night. However, the staff was not helpful and didn't help us with the luggages or cared much about our stay (they didn't show us where the room was and we got lost as the property was a bit big). The place is very peaceful even if there are a lot of people. The staff is extremely amiable. Moreover, the breakfast buffet is the best, ranging from bread to fish. I recommend you to stay in this wonderful hotel.

Kindness and caring at B Bali Hotel
This was my second stay at the hotel . On my return I like staying there because its close to the airport. The is clean and staff efficient. I was especially stressed due to I had lost my phone and everyone was so helpful. Staff member BimBimwas exceptional in his assistance ,so important to know that you from home and you a able to rely on the genuine kindness and caring of others it truly touched my heart. I will definitely stay there again.

Friendly modern budget hotel
I enjoyed my stay at B Hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They could speak English. There was a nice swimming pool. I found the design good. I just wish that they provided a premium wifi service because I needed it for my business use. And perhaps the entrance walkway could be better insulated as I was woken up a few times at night but other hotel guests walking, talking in the corridors as they were leaving.

The staff at B Hotel are naturally friendly. Nothing is to much, always a smile. They made us feel so welcome. 4 star hotel with 5 star attitudes. Clean, spacious, great facilities. Large, clean rooms. Building is 5 years old, so you can see some wear and tear. Staff is friendly and professional. Happy hour deals at the pool bar. Breakfast buffet looks like it has a lot of choices, but options was subpar.

Great customer service,staff is extremely attentive and always willing to help. Great pool area,spacious rooms,comfortable beds,clean and tidy. Overall great experience except for large, VERY LOUD groups of Chinese tourists that don't know how to behave: they constantly scream,slam doors and just keep distubing other guests.
