sorry but before your arrival i call you to cancelled but you dont want. i cant deliver your order coz of strong rain and order of late night. you stay in condo and not hotel Maam. I do my best but my best is not enough. you book two person but you arrived 3 and demand parking area with out reservation.

Sir you arrived 28 of April. i accommodate you even your booking is April 29. all my booking have problem beacause of you. you book in one bedroom but i put you in 2 bedroom but you only pay 2 days for 2 bedroom. thats why you need to move in 1 bedroom. you extend one day in one bedroom but you mesage me 9 pm and found out the last guest damage the cooking plate. Its raining very strong and you want me to produce instant.You dont even think 9 pm mall is closed at 9 pm. In future i will never accommodate like .you. Arrived one day before the schedule time. and never appreciate what i done.
