The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The only tougher part for me was some of the lights were burnt out in my room, the body wash was empty, and the AC was screeching at different intervals so staying in the room had its downsides.

The check in process was fairly easy, no waiting, and the staff were really friendly. The only problem was the blanket looked a little dingy, it smelled clean but looked a little worn and discolored.. Other than that it was a good stay.

This property is in Frisco and like most of Frisco it is nice, very good area. Seems like recently updated... my only issue was at check in. It was a busy weekend with lots of baseball teams there and there was one person at the front. Other than that everything was good.
