this hotel does not exist. they will take your money, and Expedia will not refund it, because they are a joke. I have booked so many trips with Expedia, and a refund depends on them contacting this hotel, which has changed its name and has no one on the desk. do no book here, you will regret it.

Nice Hotel in quiet street
Some great restaurants nearby. Free bicycle if you want. Best breakfast we have had in Vietnam or anywhere for that matter.

Great small Hotel with very personal service
Location close to beach but many good Vietnamese style restaurants and many great street vendors close. The staff are unbelievably helpful. Nothing was a problem and executed with a smile. Great free breakfast. Super clean rooms and very good beds. Only 11 rooms so it is like a home away from home and all the staff are faultless. A rare find and inexpensive.

Nice boutique hotel, close to the sea but far away from city center. Although it is walking distance (long walk), be prepared for this. We found the city center to be more interesting than the beach. The hotel is very small with large rooms, clean, decent breakfast and all in all good for a night or two. The pool is usable but not really practical (in my opinion) so don't build on it. If you're looking for a quiet small boutique hotel, helpful staff and great shower, this is quite good.

Cosy boutique hotel with superb service
Frangipani is located in a quiet street. The location is very good - going to the beach was a easy 10-min walk, and restaurants were all within easy reach. The breakfast is superb. The staff are so friendly and helpful, you get the sense that they sincerely want to make your stay a memorable one!

Great boutique hotel in a great location
The staff were friendly, the room was a great size with a comfortable bed, good aircom and in a great location to the beach. They have mopeds available to rent for a great rate and it's well worth getting one for a trip to see Lady Buddha and Marble Mountain. The breakfast was fantastic - great way to start the morning. Would I recommend it? Definitely. Would I stay here again? Definitely.

Pleasant little hotel; fix the shower & get 5 stars
A newly built (in 2013) small hotel on a residential street 10 min from the beach. We liked the comfortable king-sized bed, chaise-lounge & flatscreen TV with many English language channels. A complimentary fruit bowl (of sweet mini-rambutans, jambu & pisang Mas), packets of fruit chips & biscuits, bottled water, tea & coffee - also complimentary- were thoughtful gestures. The receptionist, Ms Tran, was extremely helpful & friendly and spoke good English as did the chef-owner who prepared our delicious breakfast of the local favorite mi quang (rice noodles in a tamarind lemongrass broth), omelettes with a side of excellent home fries, & warm baguettes from a 100yr old local bakery. There was also super sweet local watermelons and mango & dragonfruit from the Mekong delta. Now for the bad: the hot water supply was erratic. Each bathroom has its own water heater, perhaps the capacity of ours was inadequate.The weather was unseasonably cold & it was unpleasant to be suddenly blasted with cold water mid-shower. The drainage in the walk-in shower also didn't work well. A constant mechanical wthining interspersed with loud thuds could have disturbed our slumber but we were exhausted so slept ok. A light sleeper might feel otherwise. A final (minor) issue : no clothes hangers were provided in the closet.

조식에 나오는 쌀국수는 베트남 여행중 단연 최고라고 말할수있을 정도로 맛있습니다 에어컨은 첨엔 시원하지않지만 조금기다리면 시원해집니다 바닷가가 걸어서 7분정도 소요되어 좋습니다 침대가 넓어 유아포함 3명이 자도 넉넉하네요 수영장은 깊어보이는데 이용하진 않았습니다

가족 같은 숙소입니다
이번 처음으로 베트남 다낭 여행을 하였습니다. 인터넷을 통하여 숙소에 대한 정보는 있었으나 약간 걱정은 있었습니다. 그러나 실제 3박4일 호텔에서의 생활은 대만족입니다. 그리 크지 않은 호텔이나 3인 가족이 지내기에 적합하였습니다. 사장님이 호주 국적의 할머니인데 아침을 챙기시고 좋으신 분이십니다. 호텔 옆에 바나나를 직접 재배해서 아침에 싱싱한 바나나를 먹을 수 있고, 아침 메뉴는 참 좋습니다. 호텔 매니저도 친절하고 급할때 환전 도움을 주셨습니다. 또한 호텔에서 해변까지 걸어서 5분 정도 거리의 위치 또한 좋았습니다. 전체적으로 이번 다낭 여행에서 호텔의 선택은 좋았다고 하겠습니다.

Trevlig och hjälpsam personal, rent, liten men god frukost, gångavstånd till stranden och ca 30 min promenad till Dragonbridge. Hotellet kan värkligen rekomenderas.

Tolles Hotel in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße
Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und das Zimmer war modern und komfortabel eingerichtet. In der Lobby des Hotels befindet sich ein Pool, den wir nicht genutzt haben und vor dem Hotel ein kleiner gemütlicher Gartenbereich. Das Frühstück war das beste, dass ich bisher in Vietnam hatte. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

행복한 여행
호텔이라기보다는 작은 모텔 정도의 크기 입니다. 비교적 깔끔하고 깨끗했습니다. 엘리베이터는 오래되지 않은 듯 사용이 편리하고 실내에 작은 수영장이 있었으나 사용하지는 못했어요. 호텔내 분위기는 조용했구요 아침 조식은 훌륭했습니다. 다음에도 묵고 싶은 곳입니다.

그냥저냥.
개미가 너무 많아요 시설은 정말 딱 가격만큼해요 모텔수준? 그런데 침대위에까지 개미가 득시글거려서 짐도 못풀고 대충 나왔네요 친절하다는 후기가 많던데 별로 친절하지는 않아요...조식 메뉴 중 과일섹션에는 날파리가 ㅠㅠ너무많았어요

一生懸命に顧客サービスを考え行動する姿勢が素晴らしいです。部屋も清潔で快適に過ごせます。ビーチまで徒歩圏内ですし、オーガニック系のマッサージなども紹介してくれます。ショッピングエリアではないですがリゾートをエンジョイしたい方におすすめです。

이불에 곰팡이 자국(a smear of mold on the bedding)
밤 늦게 호텔에 도착했고 그래서 첫날은 바로 잤습니다 눈에 보이는 바닥이나 테이블 위 같은 곳은 깨끗해서 첫인상이 매우 좋았습니다 그런데 다음날 아침 빈둥거리며 이불을 딱 뒤집는 순간 첫날엔 어두워서 미처 보지못한 점같이 퍼져있는 곰팡이 자국을 보고 말았어요.. 모든 좋은 이미지가 한순간에 깨졌습니다.. 절대 못볼수가 없는 꽤 큰 자국이었으니까 침대에 이불 끝을 끼워 넣을때 분명 봤을겁니다. 그러니까 안보이게 밑으로 뒤집어서 그부분을 발쪽으로 해서 침대에 끼워넣었겠죠.. 식사는 듣던대로 맛있었고 여주인분이 아주 친절하게 이것저것 물어보며 신경써주셨어요. 혹시 이걸 보신다면 그 이불은 꼭 버리시길 바랍니다. 그리고 화장실이랑 책상 독서등 불이 아예 안들어오니 보수하시구요. 바로 앞건물이 공사중이고 다낭시내랑 꽤 멀어 불편한 점도 있지만 앞에 저 두가지만 고쳐져도 다시 갈 의사는 있네요

Schickes Hotel mit super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Die Hotelmitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, insbesondere der männliche Rezeptionist war äußerst sympathisch. Das Hotel wirkt noch recht neu, die Zimmer sind sauber, hübsch und stilvoll eingerichtet, die Klimaanlage war angenehm, beim Frühstück konnte man zwischen zwei Gerichten (Thai und American) wählen, die frisch zubereitet wurden, dazu gab es frisches Obst. Der kleine Pool in der Lobby ist eher von symbolischer Natur, was uns aber nicht gestört hat, da das Meer in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Das Hotel bietet darüber hinaus kostenlos Fahrräder an, die in einem sehr guten Zustand sind. Kleine Randepisode: der Rezeptionist sagte uns zu unserer Überraschung, dass neben dem Wasser auch die keinen Sacks daneben kostenlos wären. Nachdem wir diese gegessen hatten und am nächsten Tag auschecken wollten, legte uns die Mitarbeiterin die Rechnung vor. Nach dem Hinweis, dass uns das anders erklärt worden war, meinte die Dame nur, dass sich der Kollege wohl geirrt hätte. Nach einer kurzen (selbstverständlich immer freundlichen) Diskussion wurde uns die Rechnung dann aber erlassen... Insgesamt ist das Hotel vor allem aufgrund des hervorragenden Preis Leistungsverhältnisses auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen!

조식이 간단하지만 맛있습니다. 특히 쌀국수는 현지 로컬음식들과 비교해도 맛있습니다. 미케해변과 가까워 시간날때마다 수영복 간단하게 차려입고 다녀오기 넘 좋았어요. 물론 200미터정도 걸어야 하지만 문제될 정도는 아닙니다. 다낭에서의 3박4일 편안했습니다~^^

静かで家庭的なホテル
いつもは大きめなホテルに宿泊していましたが、今回試しに泊まってみて良かったです。 日本のペンションみたいで、とても良かったです。 スタッフも皆さんフレンドリーで顔も直ぐ覚えて頂いてとても快適でした。 朝食も非常に美味しいです。 今後の常宿にするつもりです。 団体客は泊まれませので、非常に快適です。

メインの通りから一本入った場所にあるため、周りの環境はとても静かで、隣の部屋の物音もまったくせずに快適に過ごせました。 ホテルの規模は小さいものの、常に清潔で、従業員の方々もアットホームでとても素敵でした。 朝食もフルーツをはじめとして、搾りたてのフレッシュジュース、コーヒー、紅茶、またベトナムらしい美味しいフォーも楽しめ、毎日の朝食が楽しみでした。 フロントで呼び出してくれたタクシーは街中で拾うよりも安かった気がします。 またぜひ滞在したいと思うホテルでした。
