This 2BR/2BA 4th floor residence is perfectly situated to take in the

incredible view of Mt. Crested Butte. The kitchen, living and dining space has

an open floor plan with tiled floors throughout, comfy furniture, and ample

room for friends and family with a floor to ceiling window and sliding glass

doors to enjoy the surrounding mountain views. Just off the living room is a

private balcony with Adirondack chairs for watching tennis matches across the

courtyard in the summer or simply relaxing and taking in the beauty around you

while listening to the sounds of Wood Creek below. The wood burning fireplace

creates the perfect ambiance for relaxing after a long day of skiing, and the

master bedroom has a jetted tub where you can soak in private. Full laundry

facilities in unit. Sleeps 6 comfortably with a King bed in the master

bedroom, 2 twins in the master, and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

Groups and families love the Plaza for its convenient location just 100 yards

from the ski area's main lift, the Silver Queen. In one short walk, guests can

hit the slopes or take in the action at the base area of Crested Butte

Mountain Resort. Kids love the Adventure Center (mini-golf or rock climbing,

anyone?), and parents love the shops and base area restaurants (hello, happy

hour!). The Plaza is also unique for its condominium setting with hotel style

services. Spacious two- and three- bedroom suites include everything you need

to be independent, while a restaurant and bar, covered parking and two hot

tubs provide all the benefits of a hotel.

building. Guests may notice construction ongoing 7 days a week from as early

as 7AM and concluding by 7PM. Balconies may not be available for use and

scaffolding will be visible from the units.
