One of the worse hotel experiences I have had. Room was not clean. There were stains in the linen and towels. The walls and furniture were old and worn down. Staff was rude and not helpful. They insulted me and refused to accommodate our requests. I refused to stay in a place where I can’t trust its higiene during a pandemic, and left. They refused to return my money and I had to pay for two hotels.

Although the price is dirt cheap the place felt rundown. Before it being a hotel it was an apartment complex. No running hot water, the breakfast was less than being continental, the bath towels were stained with (you couldn’t tell). Beds were not comfortable. Location was alright but your view was not anything spectacular, you were staring at a water tower.

Place is ok
A little bit expensive for the confort you can get. Big room but very poor distribution.
Nice terrace, but i found the walls are really low, for what I reccomend to be extra vigilant if you have kids
The hotel offers a selection of bread with butter/jam/nutella and coffee in the morning (nice detail)
It doesn’t have space in the bathroom to put your stuff. No vanity in the bathroom.
Beds and pillows are just ok
It doesn’t have elevators, so if you have any walking problem is not a place for you.
Very close to tge ferry.
Near the central market where you can eat at a very reasonable price

Awful experience! The place was old and very dirty. The rooms were extremely loud and dark and felt unsafe. After 10 mins here I immediately checked out and cancelled my reservation. They refused to return my fee. The next morning I woke up to an unauthorized charge of $100. I wouldn’t suggest anyone stay here.

Los empleados muy serios, me dejaron encargado a mi llegada con otra persona de otro local.
Un relajo poder ver las noticias por el sistema de tv que tienen
Lipio, aire acondicilonado es de ventana no mini split.
El desayuno solo es cafe, 1 pan y jugo no natural

Entendemos que el sistema de Smart TV puede ser complicado, trabajaremos en modificarlo para hacerlo mas amigable, sin embargo se les explica a todos los huéspedes como usarlo al momento de llegar.
El desayuno viene especificado que es continental y consta de café, jugo y pan dulce por el tamaño del hotel no contamos con cocina y es mas un servicio complementario.
Tomaremos en cuenta todos sus comentarios y trabajaremos para mejorar.

El supuesto bar, aun no esta abierto, despues de las 6 no hay nadie en recepcion, la tv es smart, y al internet ser pesimo, nunca funciono y como no hay quien te ayude despues de las 6, no hay nada que hacer en el lugar

Buen día Mario,
Una disculpa pero el hotel no cuenta con bar. La barra es donde se sirve el desayuno pero no nos publicitamos como hotel con servicio de bar. Por otro lado tenemos gente en el hotel 24/7 quisa al momento de buscarnos estábamos con otro cliente, una disculpa por el inconveniente.
El hotel también cuenta con un modem para cada piso por lo que se me hace raro el tema del internet, de cualquier modo lo investigare para la próxima vez proveer un mejor servicio.
