Great stay!
Very nice place to stay! Clean, quiet, convenient, just as listed. Short walk to the beach. Simple check in and check out. Furnished with most of what you need. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Great location clean
Nice and compact the doors to bathroom and closets would stay open without closing them. The small bedroom had no chest or even a horizontal surface for suitcase or clothes. That was biggest concern.

Great Experience
We had a great time. The property was beautiful and in a great location. It was great getting in and out especially since there are no stairs. Everything was comfortable and it was beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed - even a grill outside. We definitely want to go back.

Stay for wedding
We stayed at the cottage for a wedding. The space was perfect for my wife and and my elderly mom. It is close to all Corolla has to offer. Check in was easy and the place was clean and comfortable. It was nice that it was one level with no stairs fir my mom to navigate.

Tropical Storm
Due to a tropical storm and me not taking insurance , you can imagine. Driving there we got a warning of winds and flooding. Texted property owner and was told to call VRBO. They stated since we checked in that night there was no refund. Heck a notification to turn around that it was not SAFE would have been nice.

Our stay was very nice. We had two dogs with us and there was a very nice place to walk them. We didn’t use the pool but that looked to be clean and inviting. The walk to the beach was convenient.

Great place, great location
This is a great place to stay. Clean, easy to access, great location. This was perfect for my husband and I. There is a parking spot right out front of the place, the pool is nice.refrigerator is a great size. Very cozy. Beds are comfortable. More than enough plates, silverware,etc. Communication with owner was easy and accessible… no issues Loved that you did not have to do a week! We did five days

Photo shoot/Get-away
My husband was asked to come to Corolla to do a family photo shoot for a friend, at the last minute I decided I didn't want to stay in a hotel and wanted to make it a little nicer and add an extra few days to our stay. We didnt need anything big since it was just going to be my 15 yr old son my husband and myself, and this was perfect! It was just as pictured, and described! It's only a short walk to the beach, but if you're bringing chairs, and supplies definitely pack a cart,or park at the Sturgeon parking lot less crowded!! The pool was also nice and was never really to busy. We really enjoyed our stay here, and are glad we chose it, we'd stay again.

Great Spot in Corolla

Great Place to Stay!
Nice, clean place for vacation. We went at the end of December and it was very quiet and peaceful. Most everything furnished to meet your needs for your stay. I loved it because I didn’t have to climb steps to take in my luggage and groceries. Would definitely go again.

Don’t Worry Beach Happy was simply perfect! The host was wonderful and so easy to communicate with for seamless check in/out…the house is in a perfect location, nearly brand new and very accessible to both the pool and also beach! Thanks for a great getaway!!

Excellent stay, as always.
This is my second time renting this property. A few things were not up to the renters standards this time around as previous tenants were less than respectful with the property (physical damage to walls, missing decorative items, etc.), but this in no way distracted from the overall experience. Arrived with no hassles, had a wonderful stay with all the amenities (full kitchen, 2 bedrooms with full bathrooms, comfortable beds, on-property pool, the list goes on). Check out is as easy as locking the front door and walking away. Will definitely be making this property a regular get-away location.

Excellent vacation location!
My sister and I had a great stay. Loved the proximity of the both the ocean and the bay. The pool was wonderful. The unit was clean and wonderfully stocked. It was super pet friendly. Will definitely be staying here again!

The perfect little beach cottage. This place has everything you need. It is brand new, clean, and very comfortable. The two king beds were perfect for our family. The beach was about three blocks - just a short walk away. Ypu are just minutes from the wild horses of Corolla and the 4WD beach. Lots of cute restaurants too! Would book again!

Cute, quiet retreat for small family
Super easy check-in and check-out. Property manager was very helpful. Had everything we needed for a short family getaway. Beds were too firm for us, but other than that it was a great stay. Would definitely book here again.

Nice Property
We (three adults) were very pleased with this two bedroom property. It was very clean, and looked new. The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed for cooking. All the cabinets had something in them, so the only place to store our food was on the island top, which happened to be big enough for storage and our eating. The bathrooms were nice, but should have had more than one set of towels per person. Only one bedroom had a dresser for storing clothes. So with this bedroom you will have to live out of your suitcase. Both bedrooms and the great room had a TV. The cable service is good, with dozens of channels. None of the channels , however, were the major networks. So keeping up with your favorite show is a no go. They did provide Netflix which was a blessing. There are two big grocery stores within 10 minutes of the property, but you will have to drive further to get to good eating establishments. The nice beach is not far away. Overall, this was a nice place to stay. We would love to go back, but we don't look forward to another 12 hour drive to get there.

Great spot!
The whole process was seamless from start to finish. Checkin was a breeze with the numeric keypad door lock and our personalized code. Everything was clean and neat making our vacation stay that much easier. I highly recommend this spot to anyone! We will certainly be back!

We enjoyed our week off-season stay. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. This location allowed for easy access to the beach and park allowing us to enjoy some amazing sunrise and sunset strolls. The check / out process was easily and Jeannie was very quick to respond to any questions.

Amazing!
This is a perfect place for a quick getaway or even a beach week. The villa is new, gorgeously decorated and comfortable. Beach is a short walk and shopping and restaurants are less than 5 minutes away. Jeannine is great- easy to communicate with and helpful. We will definitely be back and wished we stayed longer!

Great Spot!
Condo was really nice and the owner was very communicative regarding a few small issues we had during check in. Great spot if you are meeting up on 4x4 or Duck with friends. Say hi to Wilson the bar tender at Uncle Ike’s and check out the Chicken Coup for breakfast in the off season. Love OBX!

Great getaway in Corolla!
Awesome condo with everything you need to enjoy a nice getaway. The neighborhood was quiet, had a swimming pool, tons of places to walk your dog and great location to get to the beach, restaurants, shopping and more. Loved our stay!

Very nice condo in quiet Corolla. Had problem connecting to Wi-Fi, was quickly resolved. Owner was responsive and helpful. The community has a well planned walkway system that connects residents/guests with the beach. Will definitely return.

Perfect Getaway
My husband and I loved staying here, everything was perfect. With a short walk to the beautiful sandy beach, we watched many sunsets, sunrises, and had awesome beach days. The cottage was so clean and welcoming, and the pool was a plus. Definitely would stay here again!

Great location
Loved these new condo options in Corolla as I was travelling with 2 teenagers and needed a smaller option that still had good beach access and offered the amenitities of staying in a house. These new condo/villas are nicely designed. Ours had beautiful furnishings, and was very well appointed. The ownership of the condo had just changed and the transition with our rental was easy and the new owners were super responsive and very easy to work with. The check in/check out process was a breeze. Great place to stay if you are travelling with a small group, easy beach access, quieter area but still close to all the shopping and restaurants.
