Dec 14, 2019The hotel needs to clean the snow of the entrance and principal access to the hotel more effectively because was full of snow. I was confused were the entrance was. Coon Rapids was good after all.

"The location was great and close to shopping. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and hotel restaurant and staff were wonderful. The only draw back was a small pool but if you don’t plan on swimming then this is the place to stay."

"Clean and has everything we need! Breakfast is okay, nothing much to eat. Downside is no housekeeping daily so we out of toilet papers! Otherwise the price is good! Didnt see any bugs or roach!!! Will stay again. Building is newly updated."
