Villa 'Adán' with Majesty Pool and Air Conditioning

The villa Adán is located in Cádiz and overlooks the mountain. The 120 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, air conditioning, a fan as well as a washing machine. The television offers channels from various countries and on-demand TV for series, movies, football, etc.

On top of that, a private gym and gym equipment are also provided for your enjoyment for an extra fee (please note that children/minors cannot access the gym and use the equipment). A baby cot is also available. This vacation rental boasts a private outdoor space featuring a fenced pool, garden, open terrace, covered terrace, barbecue, and outdoor shower.

Guests of the villa can take advantage of a large private saltwater pool, a whirlpool, an outdoor shower, and water seating places overlooking the barbecue area.

10/10 Excellent

Superb holiday house

Pros: Villa Adan is a modern holiday house, plenty of secure (gated) parking on an easily accessible quiet road on the outskirts of Conil. Everywhere is easy to drive to and all facilities (Carrefour, petrol stations , cafes etc) near by. The house is superbly equipped, we ate in every night, the BBQ a delight with an outdoor kitchen. The garden is wonderfully lit at night. The pool is of course the star, must be wonderful during the warmer months. Our host Raoul was on hand for any query, we had a couple of issues during our stay that were immediately sorted with no inconvenience to ourselves. The house was presented spotless . Strong Wi-Fi.
